I love that all 2023 Corollas, from the LE to the XSE, comes standard with 2 rear USB-C ports! I also like that the new infotainment system has the Intelligent Assistant feature "Hey Toyota" and over the air updates!

Just purchased a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. Pick it up hopefully this weekend.

Almost $30k for a base Corolla XSE without weather and audio package? So basically mid $30k for a fully loaded Corolla. How times have changed! I really like the updated digital cluster but I would wait for the redesigned Corolla instead which should be a major redesign given how great the new Prius looks like.

It's crazy how corolla base models start at $26k. You can get kia forte gt fully loaded for that price with 200 hp

I just paid off my 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE. Looking at how much the Corolla has changed in 6 years. Things I like - more power in the engine and dedicated 1st gear in CVT, better gas mileage, safety sense 3.0 with better adaptive cruise, the digital dash, android car play wireless... but 29k at 8% interest is a deal breaker - even if I trade in my corolla for 16K I would still end up paying over 23k due to the interest... and I am finding that XSE models are sooo rare - Toyota dealerships in my area don't alllow ordering custom colors... will check back in 6 years when Toyota has another 0% interest deal

I always have to think about ground clearance, and most are too low to the ground😵‍💫

Sometimes I wish I could see a Toyota technician review on the new cars. I got a 2014 Corolla and what I’ve learned is there are some parts that should be simple to service but because they built the thing like a smart phone you gotta take the whole car apart for fix a small issue. For the customer that’s thousands of dollars in labor. I’d never buy a car if I knew later down the road it would cost me a ton to service.

2023 Corolla Hybrid SE AWD or 2023 Corolla XSE? The MSRP is the same just a couple hundred off. Not sure what to get. I’m a bit iffy about the hybrid, and the XSE is prefect but doesn’t have the AWD which is mostly the only reason why I consider the hybrid.

Is the no lumbar support now standard on all 2023/2024 XSE model? No having that support for my back is a dealbreaker

I love Toyota and swear by Toyota.. wife has a new RAV4 and I’d die for a new tundra.. but I think the newer Elantras win in the look race.. Elantra interior is very nice and the infotainment setup is hot.. also the limited model has ambient lighting.. just my opinion. The Corollas would be better if the interior was a bit better. Just very basic

confused on the rear spoiler, says on window sticker you showed its dark grey rear spoiler, but your video shows a black spoiler? they do offer a black rear spoiler as a paid option? can you clarify this. the black option spoiler looks bigger than one in video..

Those XSE tail lights should come standard on every model. The reflector tail lights of every other non-hatchback model are a badtrip. Don't see anyone talk about these...

7:10 wait what why??? My 2022 XSE has lumbar adjustment. What a weird update some things are awesome like the new speedometer set up but some things are such head scratchers.

The proliferation of giant wheels is strong with the new Toyotas. Yikes. Hopefully they don’t typecast themselves to a low credit customer like Nissan and Mitsubishi did.

Toyota all you needed to do was a electronic gas door release, power folding mirrors like the CHR and a heated steering wheel like the Prius XLE That would make the damn car perfect IMO. Why does a base hybrid have electronic gas release and the top end luxury trim has a manual release? Toyota you confuse me.

Headlights do have huge shadows falling on road. Not worth buying this car.

The Hatchback XSE is understandable... but an XSE Sedan? Seriously? Sorry, not trying to offend, but who buys "sports" sedans? Not to mention, Toyota produces an XSE and cannot even give potential 4-cylinder XSE customers turbo? Come on, Toyota. Then again, we are talking about the company who sadly caters to goofy enviro-nuts and enviro-snobs with their nose-in-the-air Prius purchases. Every paranoid, nut-job leftist in Washington D.C. owns a Prius! Whatever! Toyota... give potential XSE [hatchback] buyers turbo, a Toyota version of VW's excellent DSG trans and paddle-shifters and you may coax this long-time VW GTI enthusiast to switch over for a try. I DO like the look of the XSE hatchback. Now would be a good time, considering VW decided it liked haptic buttons and sliders instead of actual knobs, real sliders, and real buttons, and they've raised their GTI prices to near Golf R levels. It's ridiculous! Matter of fact, all manufacturers have lost their minds with these exorbitant prices... ALL models! Good review, but review the XSE hatchback. A model deserving of the pseudo-"sport" label... not the sedan. Nothing especially exciting about sedans, IMO. Then again that is, after all, only MY opinion... for what it's worth.
