Such a cinematic intro! Love the atmosphere building. Jerm and Uli are have been exceptionally entertaining and accurately informative as always. I just started disc golf at the start of this year, and I already feel apart of the most amazing sport I've ever been got to play. Lets watch these discs soar!!

I literally watched that and turned off the live feed. Came back to catch the last 6 holes or so but never in doubt. 18 and 0 when leading by 3+ strokes going into final round.

I find it a little "weird" that this is the Tour Championship. Only the best of the best players. The biggest payout ever. The weather is nice. The Panthers had an away game. In the so called "Disc Golf Mecca". Meanwhile, the crowd looked like a good Silver Series crowd.

I mean this was all Socki-Bombs even before the final round started. What a season and what a return to form for him this season. Shouts to Kyle on a phenomenal season and multiple events down the stretch playing amazing golf. All that said I am somewhat shocked that Calvin wasnt in the finals. I thought he was going to win at least one of the bigger events from DGLO and beyond.

Calvin is one of the loudest and most talkative players in skins matches so I am not so sure about him being an introvert. He talks a lot of trash in skins. I have also heard that he is not very quiet outside of tournament rounds, but I don't have any personal experience from that. I have had a very short conversation with him once but not long enough to say anything about him.

Thanks for a great season, spent so many hours enjoying Jomez this year. It was a little disappointing this episode, having ads for gambling is a slippery slope. Those companies make so much money on people losing their money and it’s really annoying having this scam shoved in our faces enjoying a great sport like disc golf. Hopefully this is not a trend. Looking forward to next season!

MPO had 32 players in the beginning and they played two rounds. Some players had started strokes based on how well they did in pro tour events during the season. Calvin had the most points so he started with a score -6 and so on. This benefit carried through the first two rounds. So first two rounds made a standard 2-round tournament where some players had starting score other than 0. After two rounds the best 12 players advanced to the final two rounds. Everyone started with 0 strokes so these two final rounds were just normal tournament play and everyone started from scratch. So last two rounds with 12 players was like a normal two-round tournament. That is it.

Do isaac have alot of wobble on his discs? I feel like all his discs have this unique flip at the beginning of the flight. However that feels weird since he uses fangrip which usually reduces wobble

So everyone complaining that children watch this and there is a such a nasty sponsor in draft kings must not let their children watch any of the other sports that have incredulous sponsors like alcohol, credit cards, or other gambling sponsors right? Obviously resposible adults would never let children watch those events, and children with technological apptitude never skip the commercials and always pay attention to them.

I tried to watch with the sound on, but the commentary was just too much. The main play-by-play announcer just won't be quiet for a moment. They constantly tell stories and speculate. Oh, and then the seemingly off-hand comments that come true on the very next shot. In my opinion, they know the outcome and just talk talk talk and act like they don 't know what's going to happen. I really dislike being so negative as frequently as I am, but this is lead card coverage on a major professional sporting event. This is not an amateur tournament somewhere. Act like you've been then and not like groupies. It would be great to actually hear the environment, and that the commentators do not talk over every single throw. We are intelligent viewers of the sport that do not need every single detail described, nor have the implications of each shot dissected. It is not personal, because I do not know them, but this is not the "Jerm and Ulli" show, now is it? Or is it?

the constant, severe variations in intonation and emotionality is incredibly annoying. i dont notice this from uli. his voice is nasally but thats not something he can change. but, yeah, i also muted after a couple holes.

He's as close to " Mr. Disc Golf" as anyone could be. He's played in and won more tournaments than anyone currently on tour. Plus, he's very knowledgeable about all things related to disc golf, is a funny and entertaining commentator. Not sure why you would jump on him.
