I went to bed when Eagle throw that ob on hole 18. After some moments, I checked results, but match was still going on. Just saw Eagles last put. 😅

Gotta love when the “epic playoff” is two holes that consists of two hyzers. Still enjoyed it but strange choice of holes.

Somewhat strange, but still fair, I find. If you put them back in the woods, its just one tree that can screw this battle.

What a beautiful disc golf venue! Very much in the mold of the type of courses played at the Lake Superior Open at Mount du Lac, Wisconsin or even Giants Ridge (Biwabik, MN) with some very radical [up/down] [left/right] narrow fairways. It seems that this level of technical (wooded) difficulty is only appreciated by some, but you have to admire what Benjamin Smith has accomplished with this magnificent facility. It was really entertaining to watch Eagle McMahon find avenues that few other players would stalk out. Would be nice to see more A-tier players show up for this Discmania event. Excellent commentary by Nate & Connor.

I love the coverage guys and I really appreciate the hard work. Please work on pausing conversations to acknowledge gameplay, and the coverage will be that much better.

Watching coverage on the Tennis Channel (when they have 2 in the booth) would show you guys a great example of what he is talking about. Keep the conversation...but pause it.

Terrible choice of playoff holes. Doesn’t represent the tournament/course style as a whole. Basically the same two holes on repeat. Not one tree or tricky pin placement. Birdies were hard to come by all tournament and then boom, 6 playoff holes, 11 birdies. You could tell the two competitors were just ready to be done playing. No celebration whatsoever from the winner.

Loved it. The WC tracks down Eagle, then an epic playoff (but the 1 & 18 hole choice was bad). I agree w the commenter who said it wasn't representative of the course. Still enjoyed it nonetheless.

Really terrific coverage; loved every minute of it. One tiny gripe: camera-person occasionally zoomed in on the disc mid-flight (even on long putts), which made it difficult to tell what was happening. I'm a fan of still shots, where we see the whole flight in one go [if possible], or the standard still of tee-shot and then catch-cam. Again, overall brilliant stuff.

As a southern ontario player I would love to see a pro tour tournament within a couple hours of toronto. There are a few courses that may work. Winter Farms is probably the best candidate that i know.

A few tweaks, a lot of clean up,and this could be a great course. The problem I see, is, the weather in the north Atlantic can get nasty for weeks at a time. For example, you're just a couple of days ahead of a hurricane.

Just not a great course to watch or play. So many design and implementation ideas were just outright wrong. I know the designer put in a lot of work...i know, but was there not someone in his ear to help him out? I don't know if playing it to thin it out will ever be enough.

@@davidolson2636 I am a videographer now, so I have no need to volunteer. If it was an oppurtunity for a career, then I would consider it. There is no one that watches this coverage and doesn't think it is shaky versus other footage that has been done in the past.

Just be seeing the length of the video you know theres a playoff. Another reason live coverage is better.

Idea, make all the videos 1 hour, and just have a thanks for watching end card with music, to prevent the time itself from spoiling the outcome. Great coverage, and a great tournament.

Don't check the video length. Seems like a pretty simple solution. Same as don't check the comments section or any social media platform.
