Nostalgic Dressing has been so fun for me ! Most recently I found an Ed Hardy cropped tee that looked similar to one I used to own in high school . I paired it with a blazer, trousers, and my Jordan’s to make it look more chic and modern for grown up me ! Love love loved it !

Girl when you find those chocolate brown boots let’s us know. I’ve been on the hunt as well. Stuart Weizmann had the highland boots in mocha, but I haven’t been able to find that either. In general I’m trying incorporating more dark brown aka nude for the dark skin girlies. Great video!

My cousin (who's was like my big brother) was a 100% Adidas Kangol track suit wearing fly guy to the core. But my mom's was not having any of it, and as she held the purse strings -- neither was I. Now as a grown woman, I just bought my first pair of black stripe Adidas SuperStar sneakers, and a fuzzy black Kangol bucket hat. I'm also embracing Black&Blue, Metalics, and Satin as Day Wear (think cargo's). Love so many of the fall trends you highlighted, many of which were ones that most other influencers overlooked. "You Go Grrrl!" FYI Side Bar: Back in the mid 80's Adidas was losing market share to other sports shoe brands in all the countries they'd traditionally led in. However, in NYC Adidas retailers were breaking sales records and could not keep the shoe in stock. Story goes that Adidas top brass in Germany sent an exec to NYC, USA to discover why black urban kids (not their target customer) were buying a "runner's" shoe. And there they got introduced to RUN DMC whose record "My Adidas" was at the top rap/hip hop charts at the time. The rest...is History. Have a Blessed Day Everyone!
