Maybe it's a small thing but the consistency of the green foliage background in the review is better and less distracting than a bunch of other vehicles. And the full profile shot is great for perspective. Great review.

I just bought an STX 6.8L CC, FX4. I drove an XLT 7.3L and it had noticeably more umph in the pedal but I can say that the 6.8L with it's lighter-duty transmission is much smoother and it still has enough power to roast the tires with traction control off. If you want to get better than 10mpg you'll be setting the cruise control and babying it so the little bit of extra hp/torque means nothing to me except temptation to waste fuel.

I’ve noticed you haven’t been mentioning that remote start with cell phone (not the fob however and it doesn’t work in local WiFi -only, you need cell reception) is now standard on F150 F250. Thanks you helped me buy my new F150XL.

@@703Speed what’s wild (and disappointing) is that while it will update Ford Pass firmware over our mesh WiFi system in both locations (via Starlink) we can only schedule the remote start from inside the cab manually at our cabin where we have no cell service. 2023 75th anniversary F150’s have an amazing list of standard equipment features I am glad I waited for the price drops. Saved 15% off sticker/17% off msrp. Thanks again @703speed

I know it's not apples to apples but 2014-2016 super duty with low mileage power strokes are at dealers for $50-$60k. A truck nearly 10 years old is still selling for over $50k. Not just Fords either any low mileage diesel truck.

Please, show how back of front seat can recline. If you remove front headrest, and them recline back of front seat, can you get a platform for sleeping?

I have both and I can tell you the 6.7 will walk all over the 7.3. If you’re not towing or haven’t ever driven a powerstroke then ya the 7.3 is okay. I’ll say this I’ll never not own a powerstroke again after have a 7.3.

O ya, they’re not even in the same realm. 6.7 is an insane motor with gobs of power. However, diesel is expensive and maintaining a diesel is also pricey. Which is why the 7.3 is a nice alternative for those not needing a diesel

@@703Speed Moving to diesel is a lifestyle change. The price difference and the maintenance difference do put it into a different realm. The price of entry starts at 10k more.

Hard to find an HD truck for any less that isn't a total base model

@@703Speed Base model HD gas trucks are still 1K a month or very close. The 500-600 car notes are a thing of the past unless you put a huge down payment

Thats why my 300,000 mile work truck is getting love and I will drive it another 100k miles (2--3 years) and hope the markets have corrected by then.
