One thing to keep in mind when you’re shopping for seasonal decor is “do I have anywhere to store this?” As well as “can I use these items for more than one holiday?” I’ve found I can go crazy shopping, but then I have to box it all up and put it all away, and need somewhere to put all the bins. It adds up fast, so be careful! I’ve fallen into the trap all too easily. Now it takes me literally WEEKS to clean out my attic every year. It’s rediculous and out of control. I’m trying to scale down and be more careful. I know you use the Minka pots for several months, but also I’ve gone to buying more neutral items I can use all year. Such as white, cream, wood, wicker, black, stone and natural fibers. I know your decor has been steadily moving in that direction, but it’s worked out so well for me, I just like to enthuse. 😅 Try to get your large base pieces in neutrals, then you can easily change out for each holiday. -As you’ve been doing with your pots and risers and trays etc. incidentally; I enjoy seeing you shop and how stems and things go together. I’ve copied some of your ideas. You have a gift for knowing how things are going to look good together. That’s rare. Most people don’t know how to do that. ❤
