Due to illness, I rarely go to HL. For a person who spends most time in bed, shop with me videos are fun. I appreciate ur dilemma. I used to do the same, place items I love in my cart, then struggle with decisions. I would easy sped a minimum of 3 hrs there ( no husband or kids) studying merch. To see something you love, take it home is great, but O, the money struggle. I do not miss that agony. It is nice I am not the only one who dies that. Ty 4 being honest.❤

I love everything. I want the entire cart🫣 I have that Santa pic. It’s my favorite. I got it it half off and it was still too expensive, but my best friend was shopping with me and she wanted me to have it so bad, she split it with me for my birthday😂

I’m so glad you got that Santa picture! You have an amazing sense of style Tori. I think the deer (especially the more expensive deer, the ones you had on the ground in front of your cart) would look so amazing with it. For years I’ve done a “Classic Christmas” theme. It stands the test of time. My kids are older now and we have a new house so I’m trying a “Silver bells, sleigh bells, & cozy chunky knits” theme. Wish me luck.

I feel your pain Tori but I am so glad you got the Santa picture, he is gorgeous, I want him too. I agree with one of your fan's comments, sell some of your old Christmas decor to make up for your over budget cost and then you won't feel so bad. OMG...I love this type of video sooo much! I too was just in Hobby Lobby with a cart of items trying to figure out what I couldn't live without and what I should put back. The struggle is real! But I really think you made some great choices. Hope you got the santa picture because it seemed to bring you so much joy and you work hard and deserve it. Thanks for sharing all the fun!

Hi Tori 👋 I am loving this video! U & I are leaning the same way this yr on 🎄 decor! But personally, items like the giant deer, they would be SO hard to store! And those antlers are SO fragile! I store in a walk in attic, but still have to carry everything upstairs 😩 hard work. I try to not go with heavy stuff too. Can't wait to see ur 🎄decor all in place!!

I hope I find those straps w bells at my store cuz I'm gonna get those and some good command hooks(vrs dollar tree ones) and hang them on my kitchen cabinets. How fun to have them jingle every time we open the cabinets! 10:10

You'res so making me want to change my theme for this year now! This is not right Tori! Like last year, I went with Candy land theme and I couldn't find things I wanted and this year they blow Candy land out of the water and it made me so upset! I'm like I should've done Candy land this year, but I'm not! Maybe some in the kitchen, I haven't decided yet. I love to do a different theme each year and then rotate them. I'm obsessed as you! I do have a red/green/gold theme in rotation, but I've already started shopping on my other theme. Like you said, hard decisions will need to be made and I want it all! Christmas is my favorite! Love yah Girl! We got this.. I keep telling myself that anyway! LOL

I totally feel you on the Santa painting, it's BEAUTIFUL. I too had been wanting it since HH first revealed it. I haven't finished your video yet to know what you've decided, however, I bought a print from Amazon that is just as beautiful and placed it in an antique frame I had around the house. I think that you should get the large framed Santa. It is early in the holiday season that if you put back on the shelves, the items in your shopping cart that those will be still available to purchase in November or December.

If you choose the color changing tree, it has a lot of blue color. It might not go with the green. I would ditch the pillows cause they're not practical. In my opinion, but It's up to you!! 😊 get the santa....

You will really enjoy the Santa picture. I debated last year as well and finally, I decided to get it and I had to go to two different stores to find it but I did. I love love it. Just perfect for my formal living room it’s beautiful I got so many compliments on it last year. My tree is the green and burgundy to love those two colors.

I just want to say that your "Full Disclosure" of how you feel about shopping and decor and what you spend is just so honest ...! I budget myself on (a lot) of things, so sometimes when I find that "little" over the top expenditure that I really want or something special that I have been looking for ...I buy it, no regrets and it gives me joy..! I'm retired, but I work 2 jobs so that I can spend a little money on things I love for Our Home...! Don't beat yourself up over spending an extra $40 or $60 bucks over (your own) budget.. !! You're so Fun to watch..! Thank You and BE BLESSED..!

Life is short. Obviously, the Santa pic makes you super happy. It’ll be your statement piece, and everyone needs that ‘it’ focal point in a room, or a room just looks flat/one note. You’ve done immensely well as a reformed shopaholic, and I bet this piece will be used time and time again-maybe even passed down as a generational heirloom. So don’t beat yourself up over exceeding $100. If you want to even things out, per se, you could reduce your Easter budget (or whatever other major holiday you planned to buy new decor) by ‘X’ dollars.

Those poinsettia stakes were so pretty. If you don't want to put them outside you could put them in a woven rectangular basket with a styrofoam block and create a great indoor garden :)

I spotted some dark green in July, they also were the shatter proof ones. I’ve been using glass ornaments for two years now. A few have broken I need plastic ones.
