The engine sound insulation is quite good actually comparable to Hilux. If I can recall correctly this should be a bit quieter

Overall I think D Max is better. From power, comfort, NVH I think D max is a more refined

you can refer to bt-50 which is the same d-max rebadge there, it should give you some perspective

@@arhjie6444 If I have to compare that then overall the D Max for sure is more powerful, solid and felt bigger overall. I was told the BT50 has been tuned to become softer which I can felt the different. Somehow I still feel the BT50 has some Mazda input on the steering feel(which similar to Mazda's cars) I could be wrong.

@@AnthonyLoh perhaps Mazda tuned it to fit their own character but overall it's almost the same. Design wise I prefer bt50 more as it looks more premium, it just a bit shame that only 3.0 got all the stuff
