It is strongly depends on your ear shapes. For me : these buds are slightly better and not fell off from your ears. Equalizator is needed.

I bought these on TikTok for $18. The bud sound isn't bad for such low-cost tech. The real problem, is the buds cut out regularly, the Bluetooth is pretty bad! The watch keeps great time and is kind of impressive. Of course the blood pressure & pulse reader shouldn't be used for medical assessment, the tech is too cheap. This video review providing such positive feedback might very well be a function of his having gotten a pair free to review. But so far TWO Pair have continued to cut out on an ongoing basis as I was just walking the dog. Be very careful about purchasing these. If you do, I'd use Amazon so if you encounter any problem they can be returned in 30 days. Once again do not rely on any blood pressure or pulse readings, or any other medical assessment data from this sort of instrument. It's not going to be accurate!

@@CButler Thanks. I already understood what the problem was. At first I connected to the bluetooth of the watch itself only (x7BOF). Later I realized that the headphones need to be connected to bluetooth separately (x7-audio).

I both it from Aliexpress , is a simple smart watch with poor menue options , poor plastic housing , and poor watch faces choices just the covered earphones is a good advantage rest is just Chinese advertiusing crop , the watch works OK and for $ 30 is OK
