This is an excellent video, I have a 2020 Hylander and I'm still learning the computer system. I am going to save your video because I want to buy a Rogue in November 2023., I will save this and watch it again. Sometimes the sound is a little hard to understand you, muffed sometimes

17:05 the Home Screen shows the compass and digital mileage. When I switch to cruise control I lose the digital mileage and can’t get that home screen back (with compass and digital mileage). Owners manual does not address digital mileage setup

When you press the cruise control button, it takes you to the adaptive cruise control screen. If you go back to the right by two or three screens, it will take you back to the home screen

I have to check when I get to work tomorrow, but I believe the icon that you were referring to indicates that the cruise control is on.

I plan to put a Curt hitch on my 2023 Rogue SL to pull a light trailer with 2 ebikes. Do you know if this will affect the kick hatch switch? I am loving my new 2023 Rogue by the way.

All depends on who installs the hitch. Some places do a good job of not blocking the sensors and others end up blocking them

@@TheCaptjamestkirk Not worried. My dealer has a lifetime powertrain warranty. And they can switch an engine or a transmission in a couple of hours.

I’ve been watching some videos of Rogue 2023 SL, Im puzzled because the car they showed me which is ready for delivery this coming Thursday doesn’t come with the lock/unlock press button on both back doors. The one that I test drive which same model and years comes with those press buttons. Any idea why?

This is a family oriented vehicle, children don't need the locks on the back seats. The rogue still comes with Child lock and after 20-30 mph doors auto lock.

The model you test drive would have been from the first half of the model year. What you got, would be what dealerships refer to as a 2023.5. There was a small change mid model year to now have the auto start/stop feature on the motor and the buttons are now gone from the rear door, but the option in the settings is now there to turn on a feature that will allow the vehicle to lock as you walk away (without touching anything) and unlock as you approach (without touching anything). You do need to have the keyfob on you for this to work

Is there any way to set the drivers side doors to be the only door that unlocks. Unless the unlock button on the in side is pressed? I notice I am able to unlock any door when I have the keys with me. I was told the car comes with an alarm and there should be a blue light that flashes if I walk up to my car without my keys. Does it ? This is for the Nissan Rogue platnum

The only way to have just the passenger door open is if you have it set to unlock when pressing the intelligent key button on the passenger door.

@@RobertTigheCars Robert. The digital mileage is wonderful. You show it along with the compass. There is no explanation anywhere in the manual to show how to get that set up. Can you help please

Is it equipped with wireless andriod auto as well ?? As in my car it is only working with usb. Although it works with apple car play wirelessly. Thnx

Unfortunately, wireless Android Auto hasn’t made it into the Rogue yet

@@GeneralHiro I know the fog lights had been removed, but through my accessory list, I can order everything needed to add fog lights here in Canada. It’s $610 plus tax installed

Unfortunately not, but the only thing they can alter is the temperature, not the fan speed

No vehicle comes with a free set of tires. Unfortunately there has been no promotions running since COVID started

@@RobertTigheCars Thank you for the quick reply, I was hoping Nissan did offer this. My coworker purchased a Rav4 and negotiated a set two months ago and my parents in Ontario purchased Mitsubishi and also got a set of winter tires.

@@MrBrad9 you can try to negotiate for them. They are never free unless there is a promotion on. It comes out of the cost of the vehicle, or if there is a trade involved, they typically increase the cost of the trade to cover the cost of the tires

Hi Cathy, I will be releasing a new video shortly with some modifications. The “2023.5”, which is likely what you have, has the ability to lock as you walk away or unlock as you approach without touching anything. Also, if you are outside of Canada, options may differ from country to country

Display screen too small.should be about 14 inches. I was thinking of rogue platinum,till I saw that.

Thanks for the feedback. None of the Rogues currently are equipped with a 14” screen. The Platinum does have a 9” infotainment screen, 10” Heads Up Display and a 12” Driver Display.
