Beautiful car. I love everything about it except the fixed spoiler. The 991.2 Carrera T is nicer IMO.

Got one of these on order.. this video clip you’ve produced is very helpful! Still can’t decide on the colour though..if going PTS, it should be obvious that it is a PTS colour.. There is a reason they picked Gulf Blue in a lot of the reviews, as it really contrasts well with the agate grey mirrors and titanium coloured wheels. Shame there wasn’t a Gulf orange demonstrator.. Currently I’ve picked Gulf Blue with Orange interior deviated stitching. Not sure if you can spec the no cost exterior colour option for the dash board and gear shifter trim . You can’t option PTS colours on the configurator. The carbon roof also ticked but it’s a nice to have option but not necessary Nothing else required, except for folding mirrors.

Worth a phone call to someone holding your configuration. IMHO they shouldn’t charge anything more; PTS is already a $14k option. And with that, you don’t even get additional coats of clearcoat or any special wet-sanding. Criminal to me…

@@snail415 I took up the offer of a GT3 Touring back in July instead and expect to take delivery in January. Totally different spec though.. and have gone for Anthracite Brown Metallic with Neodyme coloured wheels and Cohiba exclusive manufacture interior. The exterior colour is like Agate grey, but with a mokka fleck in it.. Looks stunning and not nearly as brown as Macademia or any other of the browns on offer as a PTS colour. It's also very rare, probably because the configurator does such a poor job of representing of the colour.

@@BigTwat I HIGHLY recommend that you find a very reputable shop to apply the best PPF you can afford when the time comes. If you’re successful in securing that spec, you’re sitting on something that will only appreciate over time. I have my own restoration detailing business, and have seen great cars look awful in a year’s time. If you happen to be savvy in detailing, I can’t recommend ceramic coatings and other like protectants enough. Congrats on what will be an amazing-looking car.

@@snail415 Thank you! I wholeheartedly agree with you. I won't be taking delivery of the car until it's had full paint correction and PPF. It's being done by a specialist who my local OPC recommend. It is a highly specced car with PCCB (black calipers), Carbon roof, Matrix headlights, etc. as I'm intending to keep it a long time, but.. I will be using it whenever I want to. I've never made money from a car, but I've enjoyed them instead. I put 5k on my last Huracan EVO RWD in little over a year, 12k on my last 911 which I had for 2 years and 4.5k on a 718 Spyder in just 6 months. It's a liberating experience when you decide not to worry about the mileage. However I do tend to buy cars that depreciate slowly in case I do have to come out of them early for whatever reason. I can't wait to see this beauty!! Thanks again!
