Ayutthaya is about 100 kilometers north of Bangkok. From 1350 AD to 1767 AD, it was the second capital of Thailand. It is not only the capital with the longest history, but also the first in Southeast Asia. A glorious history, where the essence of Buddhism reaches its peak and is deeply rooted in Thai culture.
