I´m not supprised that there is no support to call on your webpage. The software that u tell people to download is ruin the ipad. I would so very much would have had the option of talking to someone at Ultfone so i could speak my mind about what i think about the software.

Dont waste your time it doesn't exit the recovery mode the software asks you tk update the firmware (ios) once the download is completed it asks for alot of money to execute the update and theres no garuntee that it will work

Well to be honest nothing worked for me i tried updating my ios through itunes and it didn't work fortunately my ipad was in warranty so the service center gave me a new ipad they said it was a fault in the hardware ill recommend you to do the same

I have an IPad 11 Pro and it won’t enter recovery more for anything, a computer,, iTunes or any other program does not recognize it but it still charges and turn on by computer… It’s just stuck on the apple logo doing nothing.

did they refund you? i'd pay to try it but if it doesn't work i'd rather not be out the money - i've tried downloading different ipsw's and manually reinstalling via itunes but it bugs out at the end
