This is not a real special breakfast, but when I was little my mom and dad made a poundcake for baby Jesus‘s birthday. We would light a candle and sing happy birthday and that was our breakfast. As long as I lived at home, that’s what we did. When Trey was born we begin that tradition and he is 16 now and we still do it. I even gave a friend of mine who is pregnant a little pan. that says happy birthday baby Jesus, so that she could start this tradition. It is very simple but it’s always been special to me. ♥️

I love when kids understand the magic of Christmas. It’s so fun mama! So I don’t love the table and I don’t think you do either. I would keep looking! I’ve had one in my cart for 1.5 years. Ha. I have a 6 and 8 year old year and they like to use my current table for a craft table 🤦🏻‍♀️ ha. I’m saving gift cards now to buy it but I want to be 100%!

I went to a fabric store and most of them have clear plastic that you can get and I use it as a table cloth. I lay a seasonal table cloth under the plastic or you can put your child's art work under the plastic too. That might help with your table situation. I know Christmas is over but I always make Wake Up Casserole but it sounds like probably the one you don't like lol........my daughter was not home this year for Christmas but she made that pastry that was trending on social media that is with 2 tubes of crescent rolls, cream cheese and your favorite jam or cherry pie filling and then you shape it into a candy cane. It is called Candy Cane Crescent Roll Breakfast Pastry. They show where they made 2 and put them together to make a heart so maybe they have them for any holiday. My daughter said it was really good.

My boys are grown and married and they still want pigs in a blanket and sausage balls for our Christmas breakfast. Merry Christmas!

Use one teaspoon of tide powder with hot water in your spin mop bucket. Works great and smells good.

Sausage Egg bake. 1lb of Sausage 8 eggs 1/2 cup milk 1 32oz bag of frozen potatoes (hashbrowns, tater tots, etc) 1 bag of cheese S&P to taste. Layer the 9x13 pan with potatoes Beat the eggs, milk and S&P together. Add in sausage and cheese pour over the potatoes bake for 45 mins at 350. Enjoy!!

Thank you for the inspiration and motivation I sure needed it! I’m loving the decorations and everything about Christmas I will be sad when I have to take it down! I’m going to do winter decorations this year so it won’t be so sad taking down Christmas. I’ve been watching videos on winter decorating on KZfaq I got some really good ideas, basically you take down all the red and anything Christmas but keep and add natural winter decorations. Greenery, pine cones, twinkle lights, woods, cozy blankets, so you still have the coziness of winter:)

My dad always made French toast with berry compote on Christmas morning. Now anytime I eat French toast I think of those cozy Christmas mornings! Also, the lemon scented Pine Sol is a lot more mild smelling to me than the Pine. I loooove the pine scent but can only do it during the holidays because it is really strong!

I usually put Christmas up too early and then by Christmas I am over it and take it down on the 26th. But for some reason, this year I am enjoying all the decor and lights and am in no rush to take it down. Maybe I will take the ornaments off the little tree I got and just leave the tree up with the lights. It is just me, as my immediate family have all passed and keeping it up makes them feel closer.

I get sad when Christmas is over too but I've learned to embrace January as a great time to get a fresh start. I try to keep some twinkle lights and candles out after the Christmas decor is put away. I don't love the table. I think it looks kind of cheap. If you love it, keep it!

We have made the same Christmas breakfast forever. Mini quiches from Sam’s, sausage spirals we make with crescent rolls and spread Jimmy dean sausage, roll up and slice/bake 375 for about 17 min or until golden, and a homemade fruit platter that always has fresh cherries, black berries, pineapple and green grapes :). Love your content, thank you for sharing it. Gonna try the meatballs.

I think the table would work if you painted it white. That way you can put a finish on it that is more maintainable and you wouldn’t have to worry about the wood matching. In my opinion (only because you asked) lol. I don’t think it matches as is with the bar stools. The table itself is really cute and is more accommodating for your family. I hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy new year ❤. Also, I make a Christmas casserole that is so yummy. If you put a toothpick in the middle, and it’s clean when you take it out, that will prevent it from being mushy. I got the recipe from Pinterest. It’s just called Christmas casserole. It’s the one made with Sausage, egg, cheese and hashbrowns. I also make cinnamon rolls for my little girl who won’t eat the casserole.

I do grape jelly instead of cranberry and they are really good so I'm sure for people who like cranberry sauce it would be delicious as well!!! It is usually an app for us too...I am gonna have to try it this way with sides and make it into a dinner!

Hey Friend, Happy Friday. I haven’t been able to enjoy the Christmas spirit this year because I’m so busy. I didn’t give myself the time to watch that many Christmas movies or enjoy Christmas like I want to but I might do it this weekend. ❤ My favorite meals are Swedish meatballs, spaghetti, and chicken Alfredo. We either make gravy and biscuits or French toast with scramble eggs, bacon, and sausages. I love Christmas baking, Christmas movies, and Christmas parades. Me and my mom made cookies for us and our family this year. ❤

We always do large cinnamon rolls, sausage, bacon and fruit for breakfast on Christmas morning. Simple but we look forward to it all year! We usually open gifts, then at the end, start cooking the cinnamon rolls.

Have you tried the bar keepers friend powder with a scrubby sponge like a scrub daddy on the rust spots? That’s the combo I always use whenever I get something on my quarts countertops. Works perfectly 👍🏻 just sprinkle some of the powder on the spot and use a slightly damp sponge to gently scrub it off. It should come right up

For Christmas our favorite meals are tamales and enchiladas all from scratch. Our great grandparents were from Mexico and it's tradition. I agree about Christmas decor, I miss it so much when it's time to come down.

I'd send the table back. There's one out there you will like. You have too many questions, thoughts, and pauses about this one. As far as my decorations...I've been enjoying mine since November 1st. Once New Years Day gets here , I'm ready to clear everything out, give my house a good cleaning, and enjoy seeing what the new year brings.😊

I have considered getting one of those tub scrubber poles. 😅 It seems like my house is trashed anytime someome pops up, too, haha. I love all the pops of red throughout your home. Mr clean is the best imho. I don’t use much though because of headaches. Vinegar or a few drops of dawn. I’m a housekeeper and mostly just use a few drops of dawn.

la totally awesome concentrate OG from dollar tree for 1.25 cleans so well and doesn’t streak. We use it to get black lines off gutters(doesn’t kill the plants) , cleans crud off the walls. It’s my go to all purpose cleaner.

I love ham and cheese omelette with pancakes or toast!! We also do country ham biscuits and cream gravy sometimes!! Also a favorite meal, is to do a shrimp boil, Corn on cob, sausage, red potatoes, frozen or fresh shrimp! Add ole bay seasoning to season water, Put potatoes in first, Cook until fork tender, then add corn on cob, I add the green giant little ones, Cook ten min, then add sausage Cook 10 more min, add shrimp Cook like 5 minutes and melt salted butter and it is delicious, all in one big boiler!! This is my go-to casserole....so yummy! Merry Christmas! Recipe for Breakfast Casserole You will need: 9 X 13 Baking Dish Pam Spray 2 Cans of Big and Flaky Crescent Rolls (can be generic) 1 lb Sausage (Tennessee Pride or Jimmy Dean works best) 12 oz. of cream cheese (1 ½ blocks of cream cheese, Philadelphia is best) 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (can be generic) Preheat the oven to 400°. Directions: First, cook sausage until brown and drain. It is best to rinse it with warm water. While the sausage is cooking place your cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and soften for approx. 2 minutes or until easily whipped. Second, mix the sausage and cream cheese together until well blended. Third, spray the baking dish lightly with the Pam. Fourth, open one can of crescent rolls and roll them out across the bottom of the pan. Press them down tightly across the bottom. Fifth, spoon the sausage/cream cheese mixture on top of the crescent rolls. Spread it evenly across the rolls. Sixth, sprinkle the two cups of cheddar cheese across the top of the sausage/cream cheese mixture. Seventh, open the second can of crescent rolls and roll it out PRIOR to placing it on top of the casserole. You will need to stretch it out before you place it on top of the mixture. NOTE: If it doesn’t cover completely it is okay. The rolls will spread out more as they bake. Last, place it in the preheated oven and cook uncovered for approx. 20 minutes or until rolls appear browned. ENJOY!!!

Favorite meal to cook is bbq chicken in the oven, sides are mashed potatoes, ranch style beans, corn, Mac and cheese, and some rolls -yummy😋😊
