A run up the hill from this years 2023 Willunga hillclimb in our modified MK7 Ford Fiesta ST running the new Turbo Technics S290 turbo along with our Fiesta Division Performance new equal length turbo manifold and Titanium race exhaust.
After a total of 5 runs we ended up.
Fastest 2WD heat time for the event
2th outright 2WD for the event
1st in class: modified 2000cc - 4000cc
Fastest heat time: Modified 2WD
8th outright car for the event
Best run of 1.26.88

Another win from TeamNDR showing off what this platform is truly capable of! 🏆🏆 When are you getting an LSD? You’d probably be able to carry a little bit more exit speed with one I’m sure. Along with a ported head with cams and you’ll bring out the most this platform can offer. Would be of a beast of a car.

Honestly superb. I Have meisterR GT1 coil just put in 2 days ago. Wishbwe had some expert suspension setup guys here in malaysia. Technically hard to come by

Crazy good driving, although it looks like you’re way too far away from the steering wheel, arms almost fully extended at 90deg

Thanks! Unfortunately these cars don’t have a telescopic steering column on them and that is the best compromise with pedal and seating position for me, it’s never posed a big problem for me personally others just often comment on it

@@Team_NDR should be able to find a boss hub and a deep corn nardi or a decent genuine wheel that will extend your reach!

don't you think that running 16 wheels would benefit because of weight reduction? and 300mm brakes are enuff for these cars. what do you think Team NDR?

@@MrTurbo_ from memory it was around 33psi with this setup, definitely decent for a stock motor to handle that

@@Team_NDR That’s quite a lot, is that just on 98 or are you running an ethanol blend? I’m strongly considering buying this turbo and putting on a fully build engine since my x48 blew and threw aluminium shavings all through the engine, but i’m slightly concerned about drivability since it’s quite big. I'm kind of swaying between the s290 and the s280, which would have your preference when driving on backroads?

@@MrTurbo_ ours is on e85, for backroads I would definitely suggest the s280, the extra response is a great thing to have and makes it loads of fun to drive!
