I have been very pleased with the sail 150cc. Only issue iv had so far was a rear tube replacement.

This guy is gonna peg leg himself and get seriously hurt, even a small bike is dangerous when you don't know the basics. I suggest you find someone to get you started in the right direction.

You can get more out of the stock carb by tuning with wideband o2 sensor and beat the noob who just slabs a bigger carb and tune by guessing

It is not. They sell some bike with mirrors and dot approved requirements for about 100$ more on amazon
