Fun fact: most people did mistake the original lyrics as “this is MAMA’s ending song” due to the smiliar pronunciation, that’s why there were times people admired Seventeen for being so confident (in a good way). But today they changed the lyrics into the MAMA one 😭 and received Daesang also??? I’m so proud of them OML

After watching the fancams a billion times because I thought it was dk and you said it was hoshi so I needed to find out for uhm science purposes Im pretty sure it was dk who was singing along with woozi at the end. But I do agree Hoshi's energy and stage presence 😩🛐 gawd

@@artistic.filter DK and some members aka Seungkwan were mouthing as well but that was definitely strong voice of Hoshi coming there, "lets go" is typical Hoshi + the voice that continuous signing is the same. mnet posted Hoshi focused video, I think you should watch it for reference. You can clearly hear him shouting during the performance and at the end also he also growled?? just watch the fancams from last night - Mama23 it was same as this and extra point this gremlin was even singing during Vernon's part in GOM lmaooo Vernon was gaged for sec

Yeah. In lyrics, they didn't mentioned name 'Son Goku', but did refer to it. Like, Nimbus cloud, Power Pole..... When I watched the MV the very first time......I was like.....Wo...woa....woah.....wooooaaaahhhhh...... Didn't know they would be creating song on Son Goku......It was total unexpected.

Is it wrong for me to think that SEVENTEEN is the MOST ORGANIC group to be getting awards among all the candidates (I'm not talking about sales or popularity or fan votes, but the crafts, the performances, and the quality they've shown all these years)? They hadn't been given what they deserved, even with just the "best group dance performances" for the past few years in which we know they truly excel at. It was all about votes and popularity, the performances and choreographies they've produced were not judged accordingly by professionals. I've been following them since 2015, and they never downgraded their crafts and performances. They are not afraid of experimenting different kinds of music and choreographies. They do not go along with what the trend is, they just create and produce something new. They are so talented but most people fail to notice it because they are overshadowed by more popular or newer groups. Yearly, they consistently produced amazing albums in both Korea and Japan (majority of them write, produce, and make choreos which take a long time but still have comebacks twice or thrice a year without fail). They are less problematic, they do not have that much issues. The fandom gets toxic yes, but this group is consistently humble (and funny). The only thing I have been waiting for this group is to act on K-dramas (I want Seungkwan, Wonwoo, or Mingyu to be given a major role in a drama, jebal). Only Jun got one in China. I do not follow them that much anymore but I know how much they persevered. WELL-DESERVED! CONGRATULATIONS, SEVENTEEN!

Exactly! I'm an ARMY and I totally loved their performance and enjoyed every bit of it! They don't need crazy effects and props to make a great performance, their passion, energy and choreography are enough! I appreciate the fact that they are a self-produced group and stayed together all 13 members for 8 years and counting, despite the fact that people didn't believe they could last this long. They had an amazing year and their discography is amazing, I'm sincerely happy they won this daesang!

@@paulalovesseventeen3699 Sometime in Aug, he got hurt during a content shoot, and he had to be hospitalized and operated upon. He's better now, he can walk well, and hes in rehab getting better slowly. It was a muscle injury and I'll prolly take 6 - 8 months to heal so we can't expect him till next year

유튜브 댓글 중에 세븐틴은 13명이 하나하나 눈에 들어오는 무대를 한다는 게 있었는데, 처음에는 뭔소린지 이해를 잘 못했었음. 근데 그게 나중에 보니 각 멤버가 분명한 역할과 색깔이 있어서 잠깐 무대 센터에 섰다 들어가도 누군지 궁금해서 찾아보게 하는 그런 매력이 있음. 다섯명 넘어가면 멤버 구분이 안되는 사람인데 캐럿이 아님에도 세븐틴은 다 구분하고 심지어 언제나오나 기다리게 만드는 힘이 있다.

I can't fully understand, but I agree with you. The way camera moving is just unfortunate. They nearly missed minghao and the relay dance ending highlight by zooming out too far. It's really unfortunate. Even so, seventeen managed to be so damn cool and slay this mama performance 💙💙💙💙

Exactly! All songs nowadays are the same, with fast beats, nonsense lyrics, low register voices, noisy sounds that give me a headache. All this to trend on TikTok, go viral and easily climb the charts. Seventeen have an amazing discography created by themselves, they have hidden masterpieces that it's a shame they're not more known outside the fandom!

뭐라고 말로 표현하기 힘들다. 올타임 레전드 소름이 돋는다. 키 포인트는 빌드업과 드랍이 적절히 조화를 이뤄 찰진 밸런스를 가진 육각형 곡. kpop은 역시 귀로만 듣는 게 아닌 오감으로 느끼며 들어야 한다는 사실을 여실히 깨닫게 해주는 무대. 스토리텔링, 무대 구성, 조명, 무대연출, 멤버들의 재능, 거기에 변명하지 않는 성실성, 그에 따라오는 실력의 탄탄함, 연차가 있음에도 단 하나도 허투루하지 않는 견고함, 여유 등 이 모든게 다 박자가 맞아 마지막 우지파트에 led 연출처럼 원기옥이 모여 발사되는 느낌을 받았다. 기립박수를 치지 않을 수가 없다. 얼마나 공을 들였을까. 의상, 헤메, led 연출 , 불 연출, 퍼포먼스, 카메라 동선 하나 하나 치밀하게 계산 된 작품을 보려니 영광이다. 사실 엥 스러울 순 있지만, 마지막 우지씨 등장하기 전 문준휘씨 파트를 찍고 있던 팬의 스마트폰을 촬영한 장면도 너무 좋았다. 그것도 작품의 일부같아서. 그리고 후반부에 모든 게 드랍 된 후 우지씨 목소리가 튀어나오는데 모두가 주목할 수 있는 흡입력을 지녔다. 그 전에 준휘씨가 별다른 제스처 없이 카메라 응시 하며 어깨쓰며 집중시키는 모습은 노래의 클라이막스로 이끌기에 충분한 역할을 했다고 본다. 이 그룹의 장점은 별 다른 큰 제스처 없이 관객을 집중시킬 수 있을 만큼의 무게감이다. 이번 무대의 큰 예로 전원우씨, 명호씨, 문준휘씨, 우지씨다. 다시 돌아와서, 그 다음부터는 도파민 발사타임. 사실 화려한 악기들은 없지만 꽉 채워진 베이스와 마지막까지 터뜨리는 멤버들의 에너지, 화려해진 조명, 뒤에 led의 캘리그래피는 이 무대의 정체성을 공고히하며 완성시켜주었다. 멤버들의 기합은 관객을 멋진 엔딩으로 몰입시킬 수 있는 최고의 선택이었다. 완전한 엔딩 때 악기는 더해졌지만 안무와 동선이 소강상태에 이르러 포징으로 결말을 맞는데 종합예술의 결정판을 보는 것 같았다. 괜히 세븐틴이 아니구나 느낀 완벽한 기승전결을 가진무대였다. 멤버들도 무대를 하면서 성취감이 장난 아닐 거 같다. 정말 짜릿하겠지. 그리고 나에게 kpop이 뭐예요라고 물어온다면 교과서 처럼 당연히 이 무대를 보여주고 싶다.

정말 세븐틴은 이제 케이팝의 대표라고 할수 있겠구나… 이 무대 보고 깨달았음 정말 이게 실력파 그룹이라는게 뭔지 알게됐고 그 누구보다 장악력이 엄청나다는게 느껴졌음

I'm not a fan but I now understand why Seventeen is one of the record-breaking and famous groups in this generation. They're one of a hella group of talented people. Carats are very lucky to have them. I love how I'm able to hear their breathing. It's just an indication that they're singing live and what's amazing is the fact that their choreograph is very hard. They set the standards too high.
