Keeping our attention On ourself. Attend to Ourselves. Focusing on what we actually are, is where the problem lies. If I do not know who i am how can I focus on what I actually am? If not the five sheafs then what am I, to focus on? Understanding what we actually are is the path of self investigation. In sleep the I thought is not present. When the body mind sleeps, ego does not rise. The way to focus on oneself is; close the eyes and see the emptiness of the dark nothing. We the silent light that fills the completely whole empty nothing is the reality we actually are. Focus on who thinks I am here, with the will to do self enquiry. Closing ones eyes, ask I am I, who am I. thinking of nothing. cx

थोडी समझने में आसानी होगी

To be honest, keeping your attention entirely on your own functioning all the time is not our true nature. If this were the case science would never have progressed to the point that it has. There is obviously a larger objective regarding humanity and it's role in the evolution of the universe. We as individuals only play a miniscule part. Navel gazing is entirely self centered activity. It amounts to making yourself happy on an individual basis.

On his site in one article he says how we all have purpose and meaning and yet in another article on the same site he says were all phantoms. Its a contradiction.
