As another moto vlogger put it: “The Tuareg 660 is what the Yamaha Ténéré 700 should have been.” And from what I’ve heard from those who have ridden it that statement is accurate. Most underrated bike in the class. KTM 890 Adventure is probably more capable and faster, but the Aprilia is just something special.

Everyone that rides it says this. Can’t wit to finally throw a leg over one but aprilia doesn’t do demo days much. Woulda had to drive to lake George NY from Baltimore.

@@Angry-Lynx I keep seeing comments about poor KTM reliability, but my friend has an old 450 EXC and a new 890R Adventure and both are reliable. Lots of miles and hard riding.

I had a Harley Bagger and a Chopper style bike, now I have an Adventure bike, I prefer the adventure style bike over the others. It has very good features for the price which is a great value. That Aprilia 660 Tuareg is very nice, now you see why people love adventure bikes, they are addictive.

Ray, quick question, I think you answered this somewhere but I can't find it; so I'll ask again quickly. On your bmw m1000R what did you do to get rid of the front wheel/handlebar wobble at high speed? What was your tire pressures and your settings for getting rid of the front wobble? Thanks buddy

This is what I wanted. And Aprilia brought it to India as a CBU and pricing it more than the Tiger 900 Rally Pro, Ducati Desert X, Honda Africa Twin, BMW F850 GSA. Whoever was in their marketing department and pricing department needs to be fired. DoA here in India. If priced right, this could've taken over the market as we don't have any ADV in the 600cc segment.
