Nag apply po ako sa Athena December 2023 and nasa 2nd playbook palang po ako and they mentioned na hindi po ako naka pasa. Okay lang naman po given na first time ko and wala akong experience sa VA world pero binigyan nila ako ng chance 😭🫶 I received an email kahapon and they told me na they considered it base on my score and now waiting nalang po ako sa Final interview on January 29 ✨. Hi Mia! Thanks for all the tips. I'm currently in phase 1 of training. I would say application is not the hardest part but rather the training! This is the first time I cried on my first day of training. Nevertheless, it was worth it. Fighting!

Just finished my final interview today :) Feels really good :)

On my second attempt, I unfortunately did not pass the exam. While I succeeded on my first try, the interview presented a challenge where I was deemed a strong candidate but advised to enhance my pronunciation skills through practice. After dedicated efforts for 60 days, I attempted the exam again. Despite feeling confident, I encountered difficulties in the inbox management assessment, realizing that something wasn't aligned. As anticipated, I did not succeed this time. Nevertheless, I am determined to give it another shot and continue working towards improvement.

Hi miss Mia. Nung December, naka schedule ako ng Final Interview. On the day of interview, hindi nako pinatuloy nung interviewer due to nag retake daw ako ng application within 3months from the day ng una kong take. And prinohibit na nya ako mag apply. Tinake ko yung unang application last June 2023, nag retry ako after a week nung lumabas yung result nung Inbox Management Assessment para malaman ko kung saan ako nag kakamali. I wasn't aware na pag ginawa ko yun, mababan ako. Then netong December, nag retry ulit ako mag reapply. then pumasa ako sa lahat ng assessment, then sa Final Interview, sinabihan na lang ako na hindi ko na pwede ituloy yung application dahil nga sa ginawa ko nung June. Honest mistake naman talaga na gusto ko lang itry kase gusto ko talaga makapasok, hindi na ba ako pwede tumuloy talaga? I'm hoping for your kind consideration sana, gusto ko talaga maka pasok sa Athena, lalo na 4months old wife ko and wala ako work. :((

may nabasa ako review sa glassdoor, may mga bully daw na kapwa pinoy, at kahit napasa mo na lahat hiring process at nasa training stage ka na, puede ka nila tanggalin agad. Sa mga ganitong online job kasi pag ang HR, management or leaders ay pinoy delikado compare dun sa magwork ka sa direct client. Maghanap na lang po kayo ng direct client, puedeng agency din pero mga foreigners ang naghahandle, like naka base sa canada, us or other countries, kesa naka base dito sa pinas na mga pinoy ang naghahandle. Panigurado toxic ang work environment, masuwerte ka kung matapat ka sa management team na may puso sa kapwa mga empleyado.

Hi Mia, Iam Reshma and i have 6+years of experience as Admin executive, but i have managed as EA for one of the senior director during the same role. But none of the companies is accepting me when i apply as EA bcos they just see me as admin executive. Requesting you to advice me on whats needs to be done to move further? ❤

During the application, I reached the part where intro vid was needed but keep on getting error despite using different browsers and device. I emailed Athena and received an email from someone and informed me to send the vid on that email thread. Did it, no response despite my follow ups. Their automated email keeps reminding me of the vid intro and I was also replying to those but to no avail. No response, no update. Few days later, I received another automated email saying “We acknowledge your withdrawal from your application for the Executive Partner position.” Like wtf??? What kind of company is this? Can’t fix a simple issue, what more if there comes a complex one! Such a bummer!
