I am the owner of Bajaj Chetak Urban (model 2443) from Bhilai Chhattisgarh, encountered the starting an issue within the forth month of purchase (16/12/2023). Maximum Chetak have issue on their vehicle control unit. This part is unavailable in service center , you have to wait for 10 to 12 days . Service center and customer service is very poor. Chetak customer service are not able to solve any issue. Very bad experience from chetak and it's service center. Chetak every service center have same issue. I request to you sir please raise this issue

ATHER Rizta is perfect family scooter Practical storage.. Excellent service Slightly better range Chetak is excellent build Excellent service Only issue with weight distribution..

I have purchased Bajaj chetak premium 3.2 kw battery on 22nd January, superb quality, best riding experience, metal body, shockers are very good, I M 83 kg getting range more than 100 km.

@pvj sir i am facing one issue in my chetak urbane 2443 , if parked outside under sun, it does not turn on. I have given it to service centre today. It seems some issue with controlling unit or heat sensor. I have driven above 3050 kms in 3 months. Normally i get 96 km range, but if driven at 45 km or below it shows range of above 100km.

Chetak urbane run 1050km in last one month, 1st service done, milage 106km under 30km to 40km per hour speed, service center is good in kolkata, West Bengal, road grips good and smooth riding.

एक सवाल:- मेरे पास बजाज चेतक है, अब अगर में इसे रोज़ 60 km चलाता हूँ और ये गाड़ी 100 की रेंज देती है तो मेरे पास रोज़ सिर्फ 40 की रेंज बचती है और मैं उसे फिरसे 100% चार्ज करता हूं क्योंकि मुझे 60 km चलना है तो कंपनी के हिसाब से मेरी बैटरी के 700 साइकल्स पूरे 70000 km तक के हिसाब से काउंट होंगे या रोज के हिसाब से अगर रोज़ के हिसाब से होंगे तो क्या मैं रोज़ 40 km की रेंज यूज़ नही करके उसका नुकसान कर रहा हूँ ?? कृपया उत्तर दे।
