Maine 7march ko gaadi delivery lene gaya ola experience center, aur gaadi ko inspection karne k baad gaadi k chassis mein ek bada dent dekha aur gaadi ka delivery nahi lia. aur waha k manager ne kaha k mein ye issue ko apne superior officer k sath share kardunga aur waha se jo instruction aayega wo follow kiya jayega. Fir 8 din tak maine phn kiya kuchh reply nahi fir 9 din mein phn kar k kahta hei aapka gaadi lejaiye . Maine gaadi lene gaya to usne gaadi ko koi local mechanic se angle grinder se grinding kar k paint mardia hai aur dent jo ka toh hai. Main gadi lene se fir se mana kardia. Aur bola ki mujhe naya gaadi do ya fir mera pura refund kardo. To wo bol raha hai ek baar registration hojane k baad gaadi exchange nahi hosakta aur nahi refund ho sakta hai. Mai kya karonn.
