In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the 2024 #BMW #z4m40i then take it for a test drive. The z4 m40i is not a true M-car however the turbocharged inline6 gets a 0-60 under 4 seconds and now you can option a 6 speed manual but they still have quirks which will bring me to my pros and cons.

I love mine. Had my Z4 M40i for a year. A real joy to drive and own. It does every day driving well, and then you go in to sport plus / manual gears and is an absolute beast ! As for storage, I drive in my car, it is not somewhere for eating and drinking.

I researched my 2021 Z4 M40i a lot before purchasing it about a year ago. I was unable to find a BMW dealer with one in stock, so bought one site unseen and never test driven. Was lucky to find a 2021 with only 3k on it last year, so got a great deal and i gotta say I LOVE IT. No regrets, not a one. Could have bought anything, looked at Porsche, but man those things are pricey AND did not come with options such as adaptive cruise (BTW, it will go all the way to ZERO, then speed back up , so great in traffic) Also, had a C5 amd C6 Corvettes, but do not like the Boy Toy look of the C8 😞and a lack of a true convertible - IMO, they ruined it.

I like to point out that Car n driver got 0-60 in 3.5 seconds which is very impressive. Had mine for one summer and it's a crazy car. Sport plus is scary fast. I've put rubber down over 60 mph. Yet totally quiet and comfortable when you just want to cruise. The Perfect car for me all around.,

I do not go by other reviewer, this is BMW timing, I’m sure it could be plus or minus but .1-.2 is not worth noting when it’s fast as it is. Great vehicle 👍

i agree i have this car and it's realy difficult for me to think you can change it with another roadster with the same money......this car will be remembered like 1 of the best roadster ever

Hawk, you can put the little door down on the driver side to rest your arm on while a cup is in the cup holder. So yeah, for the driver it works.

I have the same car with red calipers and black leather . If you buy and not lease make sure you get gap insurance/ I have a 2023 .Sticker was 73,298 ,it sat on the showroom floor since October of 2022 . I was having my 2019 330i serviced and it was fully loaded .The service manger came over and asked me if I wanted to sell it ,I said how much are you offering? He said $36,000 and I said too low considering the chip shortage and how hard it would be to get one fully loaded .We agreed $41,500 that went into my pocket .I got a great deal on my 2023 Z4M40i for $66,000 because they needed to sell it . I absolutely love it and it is my 4th Z4 in the last 24 years

I like the way you thinking 🤔 Now come with a manual. 😮 Wish it has 360 cameras. Race chip does wonder for 80+mph all the way to 155! Outrun motorcycles all the time 💪. They were very surprised.

I'll pause you on one incorrect statement... The BMW Z4 M401i isn't faster than the Porsche GTS 4.0. The two vehicles have a 400 lb and 27 mph top speed difference. I love that BMW finally released the Z4 M40i in a 6-speed transmission, but it's not a Porsche GTS 4.0. I know because I've driven both but purchased the Porsche. From an investment standpoint, it made more sense.

Maybe you should watch the video as you are incorrect, I said go into the Porsche, the Boxster, you would have to go up to the GTS and it will have more hp but it will be slower. Just because you think or don't like my reviews you don't have to leave statements like that. It takes hours to make one video for you to think you found something wrong, oh and here is the Porsche spec sheet and BMW spec sheet too. I agree that they are both great vehicles but the facts are correct, don't Pause the video and not watch it as you will not understand the statements or get the facts correct. @@HawkeyeRidesThe GTS with the PDK dual clutch is comparable with the Bimmer. 4.3 is with the 6 sp manual. I have a 981 Spyder 3.8 which is 4.3 sec with manual. It’s just over 3000 lbs, listed at 2900 lbs. That’s its advantage over its rivals.
