I just purchased this vehicle and it shockingly has plenty of power. The dealer gave me a lifetime warranty on the powertain. It is quite and drives like a luxury car.

@@FG-hw5epI just leased the 2024 Chevy Trax for my daughter and they love it. I was thinking of leasing the Envista after my Audi Q3 lease was up. I wanted a more reasonably priced crossover/SUV. What trim did you get and how is the sound system in it? So far is there any negatives for you? The only drawback for me is not having AWD…for the winter.

@@luvtechLynn I'm absolutely loving my Envista. For the price it can't be beat in my opinion. I don't know much about sound systems but I'm happy with mine. It is a real head-turner because I constantly have people asking me about my car. I bought the Preferred trim level because I don't really care anything about all the bells and whistles but even the base model is very impressive at this price point. Check out the different trim levels and see which one fits you. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

Car is what Buick needed to attract buyers. Price and styling are excellent, as you said. Loved the Slam Dunk and Airball, but if a car really is a miss, add a NBA Flop video to bring home that feeling. Overall, another excellent review as you both ascend to the top of the review game. only reason I'm skipping is because no all wheel. I'll have to hope my vehicle lasts until summer. All wheel is important for those big snow days

The reason the 6 speed feels relatively responsive is because the gear ratios are closer than they would be on most other 6-speed equipped vehicles. The price to pay for that is poor highway fuel economy. The tiny engine just doesn't have the power to comfortably drive at low RPM at 65+ mph. The turbo is doing a lot of work.

why do you guys do the sound level reading at 55mph? You should do it a highway speed (70mph)

I live in a city that use to be on top of all roads 20 years ago to a city that there is not 1 smooth road in the entire city. Most are in deplorable conditions

3 year full warranty 5 year power train warranty. Nobody is keeping this car for 10 years.

Europe has been using "tiny" engines for decades. Like 1.0, 1.2 and 1.4 without issues. And it is 2023, engine technology has advanced even more. So it should be good

@@patrickgagnon9662 every car company have their problems, including V6 & V8 engines. Problems are not always related to engine size. I wouldn't judge the engine noise without driving one, since every reviewer is saying these engines are surprisingly quite and peppy. And my dealership offered me 100K miles engine & transmission coverage, so they believe in these engines.

Why? :) I'm 76 and single and I seriously like this Buick. I've always had larger sedans only because I like a smoother ride. Currently a 2019 Accord EX but I think my about 10 year older Camry had a smoother ride. No human has ever been in the back seat (just a German Shephard a few times). I only got larger cars for the comfort but this car may be just want I am looking for. Also like smaller for parking etc. It also seems to have all the electrics I like on the Accord. Blind spot monitoring I really believe is essential. Would get the Avenir. But not sure how long will have to wait. I want Blue and most options. Maybe factory order for what I want since in no hurry. My Accord blue book is still about $27k which would sell privately after get the Envista

137 hp....lol.. hard black plastic lawnmower as an engine looks like all the other chevy, plop one grill off plop another on....inside looks like all the other chevys.. i thought Buick was suppose to be there.. some what upper ter?. no differential . but the parts bin inside say chevy ..

As a mechanic and a car builder I see so many problems with this car. Why do expensive luxury cars have a V10 or even a V12 motor? Because more cylinders are better ! Why do muscle cars have a V8, because more cylinders are better! The workload is distributed over all those cylinders providing smooth power and giving a reserve of power for passing safely. Four cylinder motors are very common now because they still provide a balanced engine and smooth power delivery. A 3 cylinder motor is more suited for motorcycles. I could go on and on about this, so I will summarize. Do not buy any car with a tiny 3 cylinder motor. Period.

I think it looks nice, but this is no Buick. It’s cheap. It’s mainstream. The interior looks like they cut corners. The engine. Etc. A supposed “premium brand” is pushing this? Pass.
