Would like to see a head to head comparison of all the main companies out there making a short draw bow for those of us shooting 27” or less and also 50 lbs or less. Just like u do with the flag ship bows. But use a shooter who actually fits those specs. I think i would be a good vid for those of us who either are smaller individuals or cannot pull a heavy poundage bow. Thanks great videos! Keep them coming!!

I appreciate everything you do for the archery community, you've made my proshop a better shop and me a better archer. Josh is the man! You should release a whole archery fundamentals and form video series with all the protips for going from a beginner doing 20yard groups to 100yard groups.

All these testing you do has led me to pick my bow I bought. Love all you do for archery and doing your best to keep things fair and honest. Only thing is your place is affecting my ADD. Can’t pay attention cause I want to clean up your shop. 😁

As an Australian subscriber I Really appreciate the way you honestly compare all the bows you review. 🥇 Thanks Josh. Just an observation I've noticed, bows with more reflex seem to aim at putting weight forward of the grip to balance the bare bow. Neutral or deflex risers seem to be more stable by far, but are top heavy to the rear, requiring some form of front stabiliser or weight at a minimum to balance it in the hand. Gratitude again for holding manufacturers to their claims and showing us real numbers.

The back wall on Elites is really good with the stock cable stops. It's even more solid with the included limb stops installed and you can set things up so that the cable stops hit before the limb stops allowing you to control the feel as you load into the back wall. You also have 1/4" draw length adjustments; customizable let off adjustment (you could set one stop to be fractionally ahead of the other if desired); smooth/performance mod options (I think the Allure comes stock with smooth mods - if so then the speed would be even more with the performance mods although their IBO spec is with the smooth mods so the speed testing in this review is fair); and a low let off mod option. Lots of options but, getting back to my first point, out of the box the owner can make that back wall a 5 on your rating scale simply by using the limb stops if you really want the back wall to be rock solid.

Another awesome review! Couple thoughts though.... With the long draw length.... What let off was it tested on? I thought Elite has the draw lengths at 80% so if you were at 90% it adds a fair amount of DL, like 1/4"+ I believe. For tuneability you said it has no way of adjusting timing. The adjustable draw stops/let off adjusters are the same as the Time Lock deal with Bowtech aren't they? When you put it on a drawboard they're easy to tweak

I believe you gave 4 to Ethos tunability despite having the same systems. Can you elaborate what is missing in terms of features?

Of what importance is reflex measurement? I never took that into consideration.

He josh, how do you feel about BH roll in hand torque. Higher BH or more so higher full draw BH where your string leaves the cams measured to throat of grip making it harder to torque and miss align the string? Playing a bigger roll then riser reflex in hand torque?

At a 27” and 60 pound max draw, what’s the best option for me? It seems like I lose so much performance due to being short armed and having shoulder surgery and not being able to pull much. I recently acquired a v3x 33 not knowing much about it. Should I keep it or find something different?
