Neat organizer idea. For New Year's Eve my husband and I went to my parents for dinner and a game of cards. We went home and didn't stay up till midnight but were awakened by our dogs reacting to the fireworks in the neighborhood.

Hubby and I spent a very quiet time at home for New Year’s. I lost my Mom (93) suddenly on December 13, so Christmas and New Year’s were quite sad. But, our kids, my sister and hubby and grand girls were here for services and we had a very special early Christmas together. I am just now back into my craft room and will start my videos again this Saturday. You inspire me to be more authentic. Thank you for being so happy and encouraging to us all!!! Hugs to you!!!! ❤❤❤

That is a great idea for an ephemera holder. I didn't do anything to ring in the new year. I was probably watching TV or KZfaq videos. It ended up just me and the animals. I handled being alone like a pro. I didn't let it get me down and enjoyed the quiet evening. I'm so glad your family came over and you had a wonderful time with your children and grandchildren. It warmed my heart to hear the happiness in your voice. I've never picked a word for the year. I didn't even know it was a thing. I will have to think about this and see what I can come up with. I love the bag idea,I love using bags to make journals, We went to our caravan for Christmas and New Year, I had a complete craft free holiday, New years eve we had drinks and nibbles with our eldest Daughter and son inlaw at 4pm and a BBQ for dinneras we aer in summer, I am in New Zealand, my hubby had a stroke last february so goes to bed early, so I sat up and watch Christmas movies and saw the new year in. We were sitting up in bed reading at midnight 😊 On NYD we had a simple but different breakfast 9f pumpkin bread, bacon and sausage patties and berry salad. Happy new year you sweet Lady. Thanks for another fun project and for sharing important and meaningful stuff. I completely get you. I too have had my own hardship. Devastatingly lost my identical twin sister 10 years ago to ovarian cancer and are thank the lord still in remission with my own bout of ovarian cancer. I love and miss my twin sister so so much and I feel the dread and fear with every check up at the hospital, but I don’t live there. I visit, I grieve and I feel fear, but it is not my home. I continuously wish you all the best and pray that you may feel healthy and be with us for a long time.❤️❤️

Hubby and I are in our 60s and we had steak and shrimp for supper and sparkling grape juice. Watched TV and went to bed. We were up at midnight (we usually are asleep by then). Quiet night.

Praying you are approved for the new cancer treatment, your first infusion goes well and it does miraculous things in your body. We were stationed in Germany for over 4 years and came back to the states in 2001. My boys loved Germany. They were 3 and 1.5 when we moved there. My oldeat son(he is my caretaker and lives with me) loves German stuff. I would like to buy some pages from the German book to make some collage pages that I can frame for him to hang in his space. Do you find the books at yard sales?

You know, I totally understand not playing games that can make people get upset. I like to play games that it doesn’t matter who wins, just fun to be together and enjoy each others company! Yay! We had our kids visiting and it was just so nice being together.🌷🌷🌷mmmmm, and I love that you are christian, and appreciate our sweet Lord!🧖🏻
