Love your granny squares and the idea to use your sock yarn to make a granny square blanket is incredible. Will be gorgeous. Awesome projects on the go and lots of them.

Take a look at tin can knits sweaters. I have made flax in a sport weight and it was great. I didn’t add the detail on the sleeve. It is a great base for anything and given the level of talent you have you would easily be able to add a detail to make it something you love.
