Our defense has had a complete overhaul, coaching and personnel. We will be much improved on defense.

To me this year it's very simple don't lose a single game at home and win 1 to 2 significant road games. We should never lose at the swamp that's how Urban Meyer started that run was taking back our home field advantage

I understand it takes time to build a program. But goodness sake, we're in year 3, and still don't have any tangible data to point to as far as a trajectory upward. In my opinion, this stage is too big and fast for his slow methodical mindset. Outscored by 31 in the second half is data that we can point directly at Napier. How do all you "The offense is fine" people spin that one?

I disagree with Will 100% on the Lagway thing. There is no way I keep Napier if he shits the bed this year, whether Lagway bolts or no. You can't keep the guy if you know he can't win games at this level. It's just that simple.

I don’t know why some fans need another wake up call with Billy but August 31st will be that. You can count on us looking unprepared, undisciplined, and stupid coaching mistakes. It’s gonna be embarrassing. He will be fired shortly after he finds a way to lose to UCF at home.

12:19 Billy Napier is a difference maker. He helps teams much worse than us beat us. He has NO chance against a better team.

I don’t necessarily think if Napier gets fired that Lagway is automatically gone. If the NIL stays the same and we hire Kiffin, I think there is a good chance Lagway stays. You might not like Kiffin and there are many reasons to not if that is the way you feel. But you can’t deny he is a good coach and a good recruiter.

@@GatorsBreakdown If for no other reason, hiring Kiffin would make for an exciting time in Gainesville. The only problem would be if you weren’t able to land Kiffin. Cause if you don’t get him, I don’t really see a good option out there right now.

@@thomashoyle1935 we had top 15 talent. How the hell can you not win six games with top 15 talent? I mean we might have the best talent of every team in the nation and only be able to win 9 games. Right now Napier is making Jimbo look like a good coach.

So we wont see Billy play a QB he recruited until year 4? After 3 years he should have a QB going in with experience. His new excuse will be he is just getting started in year 4. Billy is such a moron on every level he wont even see year 4.

@@smokey_gator_239 My point was that pretty much everyone would say that Missouri was better than us last year, Dexer said that Napier gives us NO chance to win against teams that are better. I’d say we had more than a ‘chance’ to win that game. If either we stop a 4th and 17, or Mertz doesn’t get hurt we win.

@@notusedexer Ya’ll better calm down with all the fire Napier talk. If he gets fired then its pretty much a guarantee that Lagway leaves. Yall would feel pretty stupid to see Lagway hoisting up a trophy for Ohio State a year or two after. Careful what you wish for. THIS is the year to judge Napier on his performance at Florida. I’m completely convinced that we win at least 7 games barring any key injuries.
