Fox has an all-new flagship motocross helmet on the horizon and we got our hands on one a little early to see how it's shaping up prior to release in about six weeks. Code: MB01IJKFBMXN8ZI

Nice to see new products coming from Fox. I like that it includes the extra parts.

I don't like the new design, looks alot like a V1.. The current V3 looks much more agressive with all the air vents and sharp edges.

Have numerous Fox helmets and also last years V3. I was hoping to hear they fixed their "sizing" issue. Last years V3 is the only helmet that I've owned that I had to bump a full size. I'm a solid medium (not on the fence between large and medium) in 13 other helmets that I own, street, offroad, and hybrid. I had to return the medium I purchased, buy a large and then order even smaller cheek pads. The medium was off so far, I couldn't even get it on my head. It just shakes my confidence in a product when someone is so far off from mainstream sizing, kind of like older Alpinestars boots. I will add though that I got the helmet comfortable now and I do wear it over an Airoh that is much lighter even.

Never cared for fox gear. But that's a badass helmet

Fox should correct the sizing first. Size M in FOX is just a small S. I recommend to everyone Shoei vfx-wr helmet, it's a class above V3.

The last Fox I had was a V3 "Baz" and I was was very happy with it until I had a problem. I contacted Fox and was disgusted by their hostile reaction and absence of help. So poor. Seeya Fox!!!!

I have always bought Fox gear and the last chest protector I bought lost a fastener after two weeks and they refused to send me a new fastener. They said I could spend 19.95 and buy a new set of fasteners for the shoulder cup. I thought that was pretty crappy. So when it was time for a new helmet, I bought an alpine star helmet and then bought a different brand shirt and pants.

I also had issues with fox they wouldn’t send me buckle replacements when my brand new Instincts buckles snapped after a month. Plus the boots turned yellow very quickly. Also know someone who broke his foot in a he instincts and switched to astars, same here switched to tech 10s will never buy another fox product.

So u guy break or lose stuff and expect a company to give u stuff to fix it? I wear fox boots , gear with tld helmets. I’ve broke boot buckles on crashes on new boots. I didn’t think that’s their fault. Fox use to put 1 new sole on boots for ya free. Idk if they still do that.
@ozzielinkin11 ай бұрын
@@dekancaine yeah, I do expect a company to give me a new shoulder fastener when the thing is brand new and it falls off on one of the first rides. That’s just good customer service and not charge me 20 bucks for a screw. It’s the principle of the thing that the dollar amount. I’ve been buying fox gear since the 90s so yeah their stuff always held up well and if you have a problem they should comp you a fastener here or there . But I don’t believe the fox company is owned by the fox family anymore so I’m sure that’s the issue. I also own a scorpion at 950 helmet and I lost one of the visor screws. I went to the website to purchase a new screw and washer, but they do not sell the washers which I thought was kind of odd . That was a little a little disappointing because you need the plastic washer so that the chin bar pivots properly. But I sent them an email and damned if they didn’t send me four new screws and four new plastic washers for free. So you win some and you lose some that’s just the way it goes

The 2024 V3 run very small. My head measures 57cm intermediate oval and fits perfect in Arai, Bell, Shoei, etc.. I couldn’t even get my head in the medium 2024 Fox V3. Thought maybe I had mistakenly been sent a youth model, nope it’s just runs very small. I even took the cheek pads out and could then just get the helmet on and but my face was touching the liner 😮. On the fence if I should try a large, it seems like a super nice helmet but find it strange the sizing can be this far off.
@Evo83611 ай бұрын
About time Fox included spare liner parts one to get a fit and helps with sweat.
@garymiller37717 ай бұрын
I picked up a Large Fox V3 RS Divide, I did not get any spare accessories , It fits tight in the cheek area " the thin pads would be nice" Im sending it back. I called Fox customer service and was told they would speak to a product specialist and get back to me. two days later and no return call.

Why did they get rid of all of the ventilation? I thought roczen was wearing a v1 until I found out he was using the new version of the v3. If theyre gonna change it so much call it the v4 and keep the old v3. The previous helmet was much better. Its too easily mistaken for the v1, not good for such an expensive helmet. There was no mistaking the previous v3.

What is the code for?
@zacharycrockett988411 ай бұрын
So a leatt and moto 9. The sip tube and extended visor of leatt and the liner design of moto 9 flex. I see the vents are missing from the chin bar. Less venting??
@moto346311 ай бұрын
Moto 9 still has better ventilation and comfort compared to a fox helmet
@j2r79 ай бұрын
Lower air flow😢to the v3

The extra stuff was taken out of Airoh’s playbook including the visor deal lol helmet shape reminds me of M2R’s…better than the previous V3 but still meh imo.

Fox ruined the v3 ever since 2020 when the new one came out. Looked like shit and sat on the head tight and felt weird. Do not like that fox has been trying to get moto to blend with mtb. The company is no longer badass like the early 90s to 2000s.
