The Fred Fletcher Outstanding Volunteer Awards honor Fred's 54 years of dedicated service to Raleigh Parks by honoring the volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to the programs and services offered by the City of Raleigh Park, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department.
