Brilliant videos as always, watch them all. I’m one of these people who keeps watching all the videos and really wanting to do this as extra income for now. But when I go round picking items up off the shelves at supermarkets I find myself doubting myself and putting them back. Hopefully I find the confidence 1 day and abit of help to start doing this. I was the same. But I heard someone say if you don't risk something, you risk everything. So I picked up my first item, and it sold that day. One month later , I hit my first £1000 in sales. You got this have faith in your self.

Great video. But 1 question... u said e.g buy from argos when u get a sale. What if argos doesn't have the sale price the time I buy it and what if they don't have it in stock? Then what should We do? Our eBay customer has probably already made the purchase from our listing, then what should I do..thanks

You should hold 1 of each item in stock until you know what sells then stock as appropriate

You skipped past the hundreds of listings selling it for £20 and straight to the person selling for £35 lol. This is an unrealistic profit margin. You have to include packaging (a lot more than 15p) on top of travel expences, taxes etc

Do you pack items yourself or someone else do it for you ? Incase you don't ship directly from retailer, you buy first and repack it again, with your label.

My primary focus is on retailing mobile phones and accessories. I source these products from suppliers in China. These items are then listed for sale on both Amazon and my primary eBay account. To streamline the order fulfillment process, I have outsourced this aspect on both platforms.

@hizainshah Thanks for replying, I got it, but my main confusion is that amazon has FBA, so don't need to worry, but what about on eBay I've contacted some of thw fulfillment companies in my city, and they were giving high quotes to pack and ship.

quick question mate if you have an item listed from a retailer and you sell a few over night , but then you go to retail site and they are out of stock what happens then do you just look else where to try fufil the order and worst case scenario send a message saying its out of stock ??

I suggest keeping few in stock before listing and just in case if they won;t sell you can always return within 30 days.

This is how business work, eventually you get payout, when you pay for a Coffe in the shop, payment processors take 3-5 days to send payouts. This is simple logistics of running business.
