I have loved the Accord since the first one showed up in the US in the seventies. I would not get the hybrid model. I really wish Honda would offer AWD like the Toyota does for the Camry and Subaru for the Legacy.

Honda Hybrids do not come with a spare tire, jack or tire iron. You can buy a kit from Honda that includes these items for about $500. If you point out the lack of a spare to the salesman you will be told you don't need it because it has a repair kit and an air pump. Imagine yourself pulled over on the interstate at 2AM in the pouring rain trying to repair a flat tire without a jack or tire iron. After the futility of this becomes apparent you call the emergency number and the recording tells you to call back during normal business hours. Solution: Get the spare tire kit.
