No way the new version is more beautiful than old lol, and these bikes are meant for only one rider, even on the new 401 the ground clearance isn't much better and if you have pillion you will scrape the belly on bumps just like the old svart/vit 250 As for looks alone the old svart looks much better than this abomination

It is not a hard seat, it is a firm seat. It will be painful initially but once you get adjusted you can't go back to soft seats that will compress and make you sit on the frame, which is bad for your back. There are other issues with long distance touring on this bike like lack of windshield and tank range, but not the seat Speaking as a 390adv owner

Exactly what I was thinking, The fender on the tyre hugger was the better looking than this conventional fender. It gave off that Ducati scrambler Vibe, At least they could have given it as an option, Next thing I hate about this is the spoke wheels. Tube tyres must become extinct now.

The main issue of this bike is the size for the design. It looks quite big and macho when seen close up, like when the bike is next to you. But when seen in the streets, it looks really really small as though someone's riding a luna or the heavy duty mopet, especially due to its design. I don't understand why that is but they need to do something about it's size especially the way it looks. They need to give it a bigger set of wheels and longer suspensions as this bike is also considered as adventure bike, sometimes used for trekking and off-roadings. Probably a 19 inch wheel atleast in the front will look absolutely stunning for this bike.

One weird thing is during the test rides dealership is removing the odo reading and speed sensor which leads to non abs and over traction alarms for a guy coming from 2018 rr310 cause my bike is getting old and since i decided not to trust tvs service anymore i want a companion for my 310(for touring and spirited riding) the sudden change in dash and no speedo info just felt like a lights show and that dash is huge .... and this felt like flying in air compared to my rr310 ....310 is a huge bulky vibrator which always forced me to put full tank cause thats the only thing that reduced most of the vibes ..sounds weird but i experimented hyd to vij 3 times and thats the case when the tank gets near reserve level it behaves like inosuke when he is hungry thats why i asked the test ride with less fueled unit of the husky 401 and this thing is like a toy for me but def not deceptive it clearly giving good feedback than the 390 ive ridden both for 30mins and def the husky clearly warns you with some extra wind and some whistle noise i don't understand where its coming from, on the 390 it is not present ... long story short my dad always whooped me when i want a ktm but i scammed him by booking it from a bajaj dealership which he thinks is a bajaj bike 😂 finally i got to feel ktm engine ..sad to see the husky are selling very poorly the dealership itself said they are trying to divert some ktm customers but who ever comes are mostly getting the 200 duke or directly jumping to 390 the owner himself said the 250 duke is most suggested by them for first timers but even they are moving to 390 .... they have 5 units ready but due to sudden rain a few weeks ago and careless staff just left them all 5 of them had signs of rust on chain and careless handling by the staff so i requested them for a brand new unit which the dealer himself agreed as he have to ship it to my town anyway so he will get a new unit which he gladly asked to check and verify in his warehouse before they are moved to his showrooms when the new stock arrive next month ... i shortliseted 401 and interceptor 650 but just one test ride and i never even went to the re showroom

@@swayamshubhamgiri1549 not yet I got a good deal on a demo unit vstrom 650 torn whether to buy that or husky ... and also husky seems to have some weird stalling issue the 4 owners who got it also said the bike suddenly halts now and then which aint serious it immedietly starts right away after stalling but personally I love vstrom so waiting for dealer final price if it was not to my taste I will wait till bear 650 arrive if it is under 200kg I will buy that

The Svartplien 401 produces peak power & peak torque 500 revs higher than Duke 390!.. Funnily the official website says it does 32KW (46Ps)@9000rpm!.. 32 KW = 43.5Ps!!.. Not sure which figure is right!.. Peak torque at 39Nm@7000rpm.. Duke390 does 46Ps@8500rpm & 39Nm@6500rpm.. So Duke should accelerate faster than Husqi.. Svartpilen is 4kgs heavier than the Duke 390.. While the Duke 390 gets 1354mm wheelbase, the Svartpilen is 1368mm long.. So the Husqi is bigger in size..

I want this with Alloys. & I want that Tyre hugger back. This is ugly. Let there be dirt on us. That's what made it different than others. Just make that hugger a little large and problem solved. These simple changes will change the game for this bike. Also Don't forget to enable different ride modes. Since Everything is there. Just enable them features. Forget about cost cutting.

had test drive, 401 has rough engine with vibrations compared to Speed 400, even low end torque is low, need to change gear in slow speed, mostly power is at higher rpm, but otherwise bike feels amazing to ride, clutch is very light, bike feels light weight , Huskverna need to work on vibrations

This new design looks very mehh and vanilla. The reason for previous sales was the design. This one looks like every other bike. Those who own the previous gens, keep them. The used market price will be much higher in the coming years. Husqy should've just added bigger tank and odo screen, and kept the rear street hugger and changed the design of it to take care of customers complains.

Great bike as it is. Love the rugged industrial design look. But if I stumbled into a genie I would ask for the following: - Tubeless spoke wheels - Taller front wheel - More ground clearance (Even if it means taller seat height) - IMU (for cornering ABS and TCS) With the above changes it would be a proper scrambler and completely irresistable.

A 19inch wheel in the front will make this bike look absolutely stunning. This is a bike which is used as adventure bike and for offroadings sometimes. So giving it a 19inch front wheel with a longer suspension will definitely make this bike lovely and more likeable. People will definitely buy it in that set up and sales would increase a lot. Just need to gove it 19inch front wheel and longer front suspension

Imo Duke 250: Great first bike. Calm mid range with a nice top end punch. Speed 400: Nice cruising speed. Although it has a lot of top end grunt, but significant vibrations and resistance from the engine post 4500 rpm. Awesome fit and finish. CB300R: Meh... Lacks any character 😢 RTR310: One of the best entry level sports bike, competing seriously with the legends like R15M, and RC390. The final choice depends largely on what you expect of the bike, and your skill level. Cheers!! 😊✌🏾
