it does have fully adjustable suspension front and rear. Did you try set it up?

Interesting that you mentioned that the suspension was disappointing. I can understand you might have had less time with the bike during this media ride and experience, but did you get a chance to play around with the suspension setting? Maybe that would have solved the suspension issue you were facing.

Yes that could have. Also later understood that the motorcycle could have been dropped earlier due to which I faced the issue.
