The video was taken early in the storm, about 12 noon, prior to the arrival of heavier rains/squall line which arrived about 2 PM.
Active construction continues in Bonwood, which is in the basin for pond SCM #3 located at the bottom of Kenmere Lane at Deerfield Manor Drive.
