We love this Jayco. We've been debating between a few units under 30' and we keep coming back to this one.

What is the OCCC for this particular unit? The KZfaqrs always talk about all the storage you have, but they never tell you the OCCC so you can tell if all the storage is really useful. We had a Winnebago Aspect 27K, and it had nearly 3000 pounds of CCC. The bad news was that the larger storage areas were behind the rear axle, and the 50 gallon fresh water tank was right on top of the rear axle. Long story short: even though the CCC was close to 3000 pounds, you couldn't come close to that number without overloading the rear axle. People need to know what the numbers mean and how they apply, but the manufacturers make it next to impossible to find the CCC of their products.

Hi There! Sorry for the delay, had to reach out to the manufacturer to get this spec. Here's their answer: The OCCC on the 27A can vary a little but is about 2250lbs. Each unit will have its specific weight listed on the yellow sticker on the entry door. Hope that helps! - Tucker Ballister

Bad placement of the EQsmart auto leveler system. Last place I’d want it is on the drivers door. I really wish I could find an RV without a overhead bunk, a dinette & outside tv/kitchen. It’s all wasted space. Give me a bigger kitchen and Shower. Give me a lounge chair instead of a dinette. Give me an oven and do it all in 30ft or less.
