The new KX motocross bikes have graphics like my 1989 KX125 had. The 91 ZX7R was one of my favorites back then as a 14 year old. I miss the 90s bikes.

I have the Anniversary ZX-4RR, but I think the ZX-6R wears those colors the best. The ZX-6R is a beast!

@@okayowen The manual for my '21 said 4k to 250mi, 6k to 400, and "ride moderately" to 600. Literally no one does the first part because you can't even ride a slow highway at 4kRPM. Just ride it gently for a bit, or utilize a different form of break in if you even care.

@@okayowenNothing new there. Kawasaki have always had engine/tranny issues. I had a ZX10R back in 2006. Blew the motor and I babied that bike. Got a 2014 Z1000 and lost 3rd gear. Dogs were rounded out. Never did wheelies or beat on her either. Friends with new ZX10’s having electrical issues. Out of all the Japanese bikes, Kawasaki are the least reliable.

You don't need to pull the clutch in to shift. Just blip the throttle and shift up! It will go into gear without issue.

if u hold sel n down for 2 seconds you’ll activate the kawi quick shifter

Is it more comfy or less comfy than the r7 ? And which one do you prefer ?

I have a 2023 R7 and the 2024 ZX6r. I'd say the ZX6 is more comfortable than the R7

@@AG-qf1ww Thank you for the answer, it's surprising because the handlebar seems lower and foot position higher on the zx6r. But I keep hearing zx6r is more comfy, is it because of the seat ?

I suppose it depends on the person. I own the ‘24 zx6 and a friend of mine rides an r7. The zx6 definitely sits more aggressive. But on the r7, I felt kind of cramped and I’m 6’1. The r7 is also lower, if you’re worried about flat footing. I don’t have a lot of time on the r7 but after riding the zx6 long distance, your arm’s definitely feel it. The r7 is a slightly more relaxed seating position but my legs felt cramped. All just personal things. Just gotta sit on them for yourself ✌️

@@FrenchyRider574handlebars are pretty low. I have spinal damage so the whole everything was a concern to me. Kinda bugging the muscles between neck and upper shoulders which are permanently damaged but had been getting a workout already anyway. Considering heli bars for a little more height. Not bugging my back at all. Otherwise the zx-6r is pretty fun. Just got it😊

I'm not sold on the new body styling, and the front end looks real chunky. The '19-'23s had a lot of mixed reception on their angular fairings, but I really loved them. Love my '21 in teal, but it's definitely hard to beat classic Kawi color schemes!

Love my 2020 zx6r krt. I heard the commotion but I loved the new styling. I started to look at these and you are right. The front omhakf of the motorcycle is alot more chunky because you can see they widened the fairings for the new styling and I guess they might have added hidden air scoops like the ZX4RR
