As a proud owner of Z900, I can confirm your review is spot on!! The only thing I would like to add is that the headlight is useless for night rides.

I have been using this wonderful machine since past 2 years when it launched back in 2021, and I am still in love with the torque, power, smooth shifts on this big engine, heat management and the way it looks. Kudos to the videographer and editor. Whatever you're paying them, they deserve more. They make videos like these that are both rewarding and worth while watching. Can't deny that this bike is the most VFM bike as an I4 cylinder. Plus coming from a Japanese manufacturer, this is one of keeper motorcycles thay you'd love to ride everyday. Sarge just made it better. Awesome as always and finally you have the Z900 taken care of. Hopefully there will be a long term review too and if I may ask, which is your favourite Naked street motorcycle till date Sarge?

Had a Z800 and I loved it a lot. Never clicked well with the design of Z900 though at start. But this looks promising for a city bike option and for shorter tours. I will give it a try and see for myself if it fits well into my arsenal. Thanks Sarge, for such an honest and as always, a wonderful review.

Have a MY2019 Z900. Cudnt hv asked more than that. That machine is a pure bike without any electronic interferences. Only thing it has is ABS. Pure biking fun it provides. The only thing between the man n machine is the wrist. I wud rather say tht was the last of pure biking experience

Had the Z900 for 6 months last year. Lovely versatile engine. Very practical for all kinds of scenarios. This model became more digitalized in 2020 and I did get some weird errors on the display. Not a dealbreaker in any way.

Splendid review. I agree with everything you've said. Love my '22 Z900 more now than when I bought it 2 years ago. I have no complaints at all , except the oem tires. Super smooth, exceptionally torquey engine. I took off in 5th gear from a stoplight and had a grin from ear to ear. This bike moves. Had a '20 MT09 and prefer the Z. This s one of my bikes that I have no intention of selling. Cool accent dude. I thought it was Scottish at 1st. LOL.

You made me forget the world cup heartbreak 💔 with this killer review of Z900 . Anyways I remember seeing your review about z900 on powerdrift 9 years back and back then also this bike was VFM at 9lakhs . Its crazy how how they have kept the price at 9.2 lakhs ex showroom price even after all those years 😅when Triumph Street triple and Ducati monster have received countless price hikes or updates 😅. At 9.2lakhs ex showroom price this is a killer deal compared to Street triple and Ducati monster.

I have a 2021 Z-900. It has been fabulous and every time I think about trading it in, I don't do it because the bike has everything I want. I got the comfort seat replacement from Kawasaki and it makes the seating much more comfortable. I also added akrapovic exhaust and it sounds great. A really good city and even touring bike.

Hey Sarge, loved the video. Just what I needed actually. I recently bought a Ninja 650 KRT, and while I love the bike I definitely feel that I could do with something more manic. This is great for tours and longer distance travel, but the craving for an Inline-4 is getting the better of me. Do you think this will be a good upgrade from the Ninja 650 or should I look at something else. And what else might that be? I am looking for something more exciting that really pushes me as a rider. Any suggestions?

Once again, a lovely video. You never missed any point about the machine in a short time. When I rode the Z900, I felt like it wasn't good for the long haul, which is my piece of cake, and the brakes and suspension were really bad. ❤❤❤ So I never liked this machine, but your video opens up a new perception of absolute delight in heat management, gear ratio, and inline 4 for the price tag.

I just barely put 80 miles on my 2024 SE version. It's a fantastic ride.

Great review my friend and it couldn't come at a more perfect time. Been on the fence for the MT-09 and Z900 for a long time now (odd because I've owned 2 '08 ZX-6Rs but never a Yamaha), but you sealed the deal for me. Going to my favorite dealer whom I've bought 3 bikes from since they're a Kawi dealer and going to check out the '24 Z900 ABS, hoping to pick one up in September or October, and it's wild because it'll be my first ever brand new bike.

I own a 2021 Z900. 0 complaints. It's smooth, it's easy, it's quick and she never complains. I found the stock tyres and the brakes to be a bit lacking for spirited riding but not an issue for every day speeds. You didn't mention the BT connectivity albeit a bit basic.

Fantastic video and excellent review. Just a small feedback Sargent, instead of playing the intrusive and loud music it would be nicer to get to hear the raw sound which the bike makes. Whether it be engine, gearbox, switches, footpeg scraping etc. It gives a lot more insights about engine n bike's performance. Loud music kind of feels annoying at times. But otherwise very nicely put together. Cheers!
