Let's take a look at the 2024 Kia Forte LXS and see if it's worth it! We'll take a look at the exterior, under the hood, interior, and take it for a drive and talk about it's driving dynamics to answer the question, should you buy the Kia Forte? I'll also mention a couple things that differ the LXS from the LX, GT-Line, and GT trims! Is the Kia Forte LXS a good compact car? Should I buy a Toyota Corolla or a Kia Forte? Is the Kia Forte better than the Honda Civic? Does the Kia Forte have good trunk room? Does the Kia Forte have good passenger room? By the end of this review, you should be able to decide if you should buy the 2024 Kia Forte!

Nice review…my kid bought the LXS…very nice car…I’m impressed with just how nice it is for a low 20’s cost…solid, nothing fancy but an extremely nice vehicle in many ways. Very affordable AND NICE inside and out.

Great review brother! For the $$ that is a really nice car. Perfect to get you from point A to point B. I hear you about the simplicity of it. I find that I don't use most of the features that my ride is capable of. Summer seems to have found it's way here but it's all good except for when the electric bill comes lol! How are things in your world? I hope that you have been doing great and enjoying life always!

Thanks for watching James! You cannot beat this car for the price, the Chevy Trax in this price range would be another consideration for me, but I don’t think it would be quite as fun as this to drive. Same here! I mean I like all the cool buttons in my Silverado, but if you put me back in my pretty basic, 2014 F-150 XLT I wouldn’t really be disappointed. Yeah man you know that, I spent the day in the pool which was unexpected for June. It was incredible man. It was awesome! I’m doing good man, it has been a busy couple weeks, but I think once I get things sorted, hopefully July will be a lot smoother! I hope you’re doing good my brother, It is always good to hear from you!

You can only use only and 92 together if you live somewhere hot lol!!I hope things smooth out for you. I do much better with order than chaos for sure. @@jameswalsh6131 Thanks man, always look for you in the comments section on the new videos that come out! I do better sometimes with chaos, but after a while I do get sick of it. So this week I’m getting things off my to do list to solve my chaos! 😂 Here it will be about 100 degrees with humidity so it will be a week spent mostly indoors on my days off, then it’s time to find a vehicle to film! I have a couple in mind. Either heavy duty RAM or Chevy Traverse RS!

@@CEALLIFORNIA Eesh that is terrible weather. I really don't think I could or would live anywhere with high humidity but then again I like to not say never to anything :) Oh they both sound like great choices. Some of the Ram trucks are so dang expensive. You take care brother and have a good one!

If you put a set of 15in Ioniq Hybrid wheels with the 195/55/15 on it the MPG would be Higher than the projected 41mpg

Got mines & changed those yellow cringy bulbs for LEDS, looks WAY better. great car no complaints!

Ok lets get one thing straight here is it cheap yes is it fun to drive well that all depends on peoples definition of fun.

I mean I’m not saying it’s sports car levels of fun to drive, certainly not, but it is more fun to drive than some Toyotas/Hondas in the same class is more so what I was getting at. The 4-cylinder in the Corolla goes nowhere fast compared to this. I will say, it is surprisingly fun to drive for the “economy car” that it is. Thank you for watching!

The Kia Forte LXS msrp is about $20,490 plus freight is about $21,500 but they wanted $27,000 at the dealership, they have $5,500 in bogus fees and markups, it is not an affordable cheap car, it cost the same as a Honda Civic, so I went and bought a Honda Civic Sport 2024, The Forte is a good car, don't get me wrong but if it cost the same as a Civic, I won't buy it. It is like the difference between iPhone and Android, the brand. The Civic is much more car with a big resale value compared to the Forte.

I can’t say I don’t agree there. If this was the same price as a Civic, I would go with a Civic too. If you can get this car at MSRP then it definitely is a great value like you said. Enjoy your new Civic, I really like that new body style. Thank you for watching!

I test drove a 2024 Civic Sport and a 2024 Forte GT Line a couple of weekends ago and ended up with the Forte. The Forte has a much nicer interior, a more refined engine and the transmissions are more reliable than the Civic. Also not to mention the fact that you get cooled seats with the Forte, which is a must in the Summertime.
