Got this one last week. The lack of paint on all the guns is pretty bad. Also wish the minions had more than 2 points of articulation. Seems like Todd padded this one with plastic fodder to double the price. Great review as always!

you would think McFarlane would just release their own cloth cape at this point, to go on figures they couldn't engineer a cape onto, like the gun accessory pack. its a nice figure tho

yeah, I think it is an amazing looking figure. Dark and bad ass. Its just..... the paint. Love the wings and all that. I feel like this would have been an amazing message board repaint figure like the Redeemer figure was back in the day. Like painting it more like the King Spawn covers. That price is nuts. Great review.

Todd McFarlane has been teasing Spawn finally sitting on the Throne of Hell in the upcoming issue # 350. Might be when he ends up looking like that... I am super happy with my Kickstarter Spawn. But I kind of do want those little demons...

Lol you're like me, the ones that caught my attention its not Spawn but its minions, those look cool. Kinda wish Mcfarlane make the villain curse again because it has these cool minions and want an army build up of those lol

I can agree that Spawn has taken a backseat at McFarlane Toys in comparison to DC Multiverse. I'm fairly certain it's because DC is the big money maker at the company now, but it's kinda sad that Todd has let his own creation fall to the wayside like that. I'll definitely be picking this figure up at some point, but comparing this and the Disruptor/Reaper wave to the previous waves, you can tell these figures have dropped in quality and are not a priority at the company, which is extremely disappointing.

Still have yet to pick up a modern Spawn figure. Last one I bought was from the 90s Todd Toys era (which I still have). Really would love to have that Kickstarter version but not for what they're selling for on eBay. This one looks pretty cool though.

The sad thing is that my cool friend Josh was supposed to get me a Spawn figure which was Commando Spawn for my 19th birthday and he hasn't called me back so I had to use my own money and got the Mortal Kombat 11 Spawn bloody variant, However I do hope he calls back because he is one of my friends who is a dad now, Great review Toyshiz.

The reused guns are such a waste. Poorly made, no paint and extra hands and head would have been so much more value. The figure itself, I'm happy with. The new torso and gauntlet look good. I added a better wash, painted the hands and gave him a 3rd party store. Looks great now.

They should update the movie figures

I only got this figure cuz of the minions n guns really as well... but I took the body n swapped some pieces with other SPAWN figures to try to make him a more classic looking SPAWN that I can get... I hated the King SPAWN head sculpt the horns were just stupid looking 🤣

King Spawn is an easy pass for me. hopefully, I can get those demon figs sold separately somehow.

Cant agree more on the state of modern spawn, the mega figs were always the one's I went for with new figures but that omega Spawn was a massive letdown, absolutely terrible..this one looks...ok, the extras are there for padding..love those demons though, should sell a set of those. 😂 I'd do anything for Mcfarlane to drop some old school, collector figures, like 4 a year or something..I dont need or care for articulation..give me something that looks like art off the page like the classic figures.

This look is nowhere to be found in the comicbooks. 😂 It's like a mix and match of random Spawn iterations. Mcfarlane toys' toying with their mascot. And funny thing is, there are more Batmen figures than Spawn.

Now you know what it's like not being able to get key figures, like us fellows overseas!

Why are they not re-using the Batman Who Laughs wings? They just slapped those same tired ass non-articulated wings in here for no reason. What's next, a new Hawkman with a giant red cape? Lol. Wings don't belong here at all, but if they had that BWL set, it would really look so much more impressive. For ANY character that has wings. Plus, there should be fist hands included for every figure they put out, standard. I really dislike the look of the hands that aren't even trigger finger hands, they're more like hunt and peck typing finger hands. Like Spawn is about to send off a furious email.

McFarlane Toys saving on paint jobs for the accessories is so f*cking cheap.

Why are the weapons not painted?!? Unacceptable Todd McFarlane! I would not spend $40 on this at all! Todd always half delivers, if not completely miss the mark! I get more bang for the buck with a Mythic Legions builder figure of this set.

This toy release with all it's gun accessories is laughable.
