Cole is a hobby marathoner and has run 9 marathons! Haven races (half) marathons as her extracurricular focus to show colleges that she has grit! Evan aims to qualify for the Olympic Trials in the marathon for the 2028 LA Olympics. Dmax is golfer turned runner seeking happiness through his running journey. Dr. Denny is a marathoner looking to achieve the Abbott World Marathon Major Six Star. Father Daniel uses marathoning as an exercise to strengthen his soul for God’s work at Our Lady of Peace Korean Catholic Center. Anita is a hybrid athlete when she’s not fixing people’s smiles. Alex is a mountain ultra runner, drones, and coaches Evan. MK (video narrator) is a marathoner and coaches the kids as well as other athletes.

Let's go Haven!!!! What a tremendous effort on a crazy, hard course. Watching you grit your teeth and get through those hard miles is incredibly inspiring. I always look forward to seeing the love between you, your dad, your brother, your sister and the entire AHRC community. I know it gave me a huge boost in those final miles out on course seeing you and your family running together. Hi All Heart Family!!! I recently saw the LA post of Evan and started following your channel and am trying to watch all the videos😍 As someone who hates running, I was encouraged to register for a half marathon in May and started training 5 weeks ago. I could say that I am starting to like running and feel sooooo motivated seeing your videos of training and racing. Every time I calculate the pace of MK and the kids, I am just so flabbergasted!!! You guys are seriously pros, not because of talent, but because of hard training and effort. I cried at the end of Evan and Cole's Ventura marathon vlog. Not only because of MK's consistent cheer up, Evan's persistence even with leg cramps, and all the hard work that paid off😭 And this too!!! OMG CONGRATS HAVEN!!! Such a superstar!!!! I'm so proud of you😭😭😭 Please send all the love and support to the All Heart family!!! Keep crushing it guys!!! and definitely looking forward to the Boston Marathon Vlog😍 Hopefully someday I'll be qualified too and meet y'all on the track😊

Super well done Haven! I could see the pain in your face in those last few miles but I could see your resilience shine through and you fought through it and got it done! Way to go!! Love this video. Watching Cole and Evan run with her and cheering her on mile 20 was very touching. And watching Haven giving it all she got near the end and crossing the finish line to realize she hit sub 3:30 was such an emotional moment. Hey, I found it from a news article! I think it is amazing what you all are able to accomplish and inspiring that some day I may be able to as well. I am a former powerlifter down almost 50 lbs in the last 4 months and have been running just shy of two years now. I hope to one day be able to run at paces even close to what you and your family are able to. I ran the Calgary Marathon last year but given that I was still almost 300 lbs at the time, I was slow. My goal is to cut at least an hour and a half off that time for my next attempt, whenever that may be. Just since I started dieting, I am running about 1 minute per km faster with even lower heart rates so I am on the right track.@@allheartrc

Did you just run a marathon with a Flannel? Amazing feat haven, Congrats! You have an amazing family MK hyung! Im pretty bummed I missed out on the marathon. Had to cancel last minute due to personal reasons. Can't wait for 2025!

yes, 18 is the age limit. but it doesn't mean that haven did not meet the standard. we are proud of haven for her the hard work she put into meeting a standard of excellence that no one can take away from her. one day, the BAA and other race organizers will understand that opportunities should be afforded to all who deserve them. seeking change~~ let's go!
