If there are No ports on the left they shouldve put a vent instead

my thoughts too... the previous year version has vents from both sides, so I cant understand why they did this

More vents do not always mean better cooling

@@waliullahmazumder well assuming the cooling is the same and the vents don't interrupt airflow, I think more vents would've been better, also the left looks way empty without vents

They have kept that in 5i pro so that consumers upgrade for better cooling

I really love the chassis redesign - nw LOQs look more in line with the whole lineup and don't resemble crappy gaming Ideapads of old as much

Why in the hell are the ports on the right side yet no ports on the left. Both headphone jack and a usb for mouse are in the right. Geniuses at the loq design team folks 🤓

I'm stuck between Asus ROG Strix G16 and Lenovo Legion Pro 5i. Can you help? Asus: i7-13650HX, RTX 4060, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM Lenovo: i7-13700HX, RTX 4060, 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM. Which one should I choose? Both are similarly priced in my country. However, I've heard about Asus having a CPU heating issue. Could you compare them in terms of material quality, cooling, display, and performance? I am an architecture student, mainly using 3D programs and occasionally playing AAA games.

What is better to buy loq 15 with i5 13450hx/rtx3050 for around 980 usd in our region or helios neo 16 i5 13500hx/rtx4050 for around 1070 with the same memory? What's better deal ?

Where do you live? Loq 15 2024 has i5 13450hx with 4050 for around $990 in my country. Neo 16 just has bad build quality and bad design choice imo.

@@Davorta And I hear, Acer had very bad software, unlike utube reviewers get samples, actual reviews on forums say predator sense is buggy and their laptop freezes from time to time.

On paper, helios neo should be better with faster cpu, 16:10 screen with 400 nits brightness, and has thunderbolt 4. Dont know about irl though, some reviews show it has loud fans and high temps

I bought this model recently, it only last for 4 hours on igpu only mode and top at 5 hours at battery saving and Lowest screen brightness. Very bad choice since something like victus could give us 80wh battery.

Old one is 60wh too and I only can use it max about 2-3hrs without charging. Only igpu, silence mode, 30%light screen and 1 tab chrome + 1 file word. I have i5 12450h, rtx2050 ver.
