In this full #review I will explain all the specs of the 2024 #Lexus #es350 #fsport handling then take it for a test drive. The ES350 has a f-sport handling package or f-sport design, the latter gets performance-inspired instrumentation, bolstered heated and ventilated front seats with adaptive variable suspension but they still have quirks which will bring me to my pros and cons.

I have a 2023 IS and took it to the dealership for service. They gave me this as a courtesy car. Its’s nice but my IS was a much better drive…it felt better, but I love the space in the ES

My only wish is that I wish I could get a RWD IS 350 with the interior of this ES. The outdated IS interior is the only problem with that car, the RWD 8 speed with the NA 3.5 is near perfect.

Nice thorough review! The extra room and more storage space really separates the ES from the IS 350. Wished they had some of it in the IS. The IS i think has better driving dynamics and rides more sporty. The ES looks to be more cushy. Really comes down to needs. Both are nice vehicles for likely different purposes.

How does this compare with the XSE V6 Camry? Is the F Sport Handling more fun to drive?

I liked it better but the TRD Camry is the most fun with the catback exhaust, lowered clearance, upgraded brakes and sporty exterior body kit if you are ok with a 2024 and under. It will be harder to find the TRD over the XSE new as I have not seen many left at the dealership.

This compared to an Acura tlx 2024 what would be the major differences?

For around 5k more you could get a type s that is more power but this will have a smoother drive, more leg room, cargo and it has better clearance.

TLX doesn't come with a touch screen, at all. That's a major deal breaker for me personally.

The only drawback in these new ES is the dashboard material. Once it is scuffed, good luck removing that. I was cleaning my dashboard with microfibre towel and it left a little line. Tried everything on it still can't remove it and it'll stay on the dash forever

I love the ES and LS from Lexus. What I can’t stand is why the headroom for both models is so bad!! Once they fix that I’ll be a customer

@@JohnnyUtah9173 yep seat all the way down and tilted back a decent amount. I really wanted a new LS but when I could barely fit I thought ok I'll go with an ES and save a ton of money. Could barely fit in that either. The GX was even worse my head is literally pressing against the roof. Ended up going with the Audi A8.

One thing I couldn't stand about my ES & Toyota Avalon, was that after turning onto a highway from a stop, if you didn't stay on the gas the car would go in too high of a gear and then when you needed power you had to go down on the gas to make it downshift.. it drove me crazy. I was cursing constantly.. I would never buy another Toyota product because of it and I sold Toyotas for 5 years.

Had a Camry and now I have a '24 350 F Sport Handling, and the transmission (I believe shared??) is just awful. Somehow I think it's worse in the Lexus. I seem to have the opposite problem. My car downshifts too aggressively and I like to coast. The car basically starts slowing down as soon as I let off the gas and I can't stand it. If you're cruising at a low speed and you let off the gas, as soon as you then step on the gas again the car kinda clunks and surges. It's not smooth at all. That's my ONLY complaint about how this car drives. It's a near-perfect vehicle for me otherwise. But the trans is a serious buzz kill... At least (hopefully) it'll be reliable - haven't heard many horror stories with these with high miles yet.

The tail looks bad and the interior looks outdated. I don't understand why Lexus chose to go with this design. I will wait and see if Lexus will improve the ES, i'm actually interested in Lexus.

There will be some design changes coming, but don't be surprised if there's a 4 cylinder instead of a 6 in the new ones. I'm very happy with my 2023.

@@kerplunk38880 Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Infiniti and Acura You can option base models with better interior and Infiniti or Acura you can get middle trim to near fully loaded. Infiniti will have the more soft interior for the pricing, then Mercedes, Acura, Audi and BMW.

Current Maxima was introduced in 2015 and ES I think in 2018. Not the same level of quality or comparable either but sedans are dying no point in having them updated often, who knows Lexus get rid of that v6 in new iteration and stick an I4 Then we gonna bemoan how we got a weak engine and all.
