Sophie is one of the fastest Lady Riders in Europe. At this championship, Sophie and I only had a time difference of 0.53ms, so I decided to compare our runs.
This comparison helps me to see my weaknesses and where I need to train more. It is clear that my rotations are significantly slower. Sophie takes the rotations much more cleanly, lean angle is much deeper in curves than mine and is therefore faster than me.I hope you enjoyed the comparison and I will continue to practice.
