"The “Spirit of Pensacola” PACE Award goes to an individual who truly represents our community and who has given a lifetime of service to the Greater Pensacola area. Our honoree is a firm believer that the best leaders lead by example and can’t expect someone else to do the right thing if they are not doing the same.
This year’s Spirit of Pensacola award winner has a professional career that spans over forty years in our community. Recognized by Merrill Lynch in 2000 with Lifetime Community Achievement Award and in 2007 with the inaugural David Brady Award, an award named after a Merril Lynch advisor who perished in the 9/11 attacks IN New York City. This award goes to employees who best demonstrate what it means to be an essential advisor and whose body of work brings the mission of life to clients.
Our winner is heavily involved with supporting local non-profits. She is a strong supporter of the Pace Center for Girls, where she sponsors and attends quarterly luncheons to recognize high-performing students. She also mentors young professionals inside and outside of her profession and serves as an advisor for non-profit leaders.
She is a charter member of Impact 100 and has served on numerous non-profit boards in our community.
