I used to not believe the whole "KZfaq unsubs people" narrative. Then KZfaq unsubed me from this channel. As a prepared civ, I realized that ATAC was more of a liability than an asset. It either relies on someone else's network (Cellphone) or a Meshtastic network, which requires a lot of work and technical expertise that I don't have.

It's ok. Militias rely on local manpower and expertise. Just practice infantry tactics and don't pick any fights.

Personally I'd avoid putting the Range R card in that location. I had mine in that same spot and the first time I dove into prone I cracked the thing in half. Despite being flexible they aren't the most durable.

I bought the 1.0 version and it cracked on me trying to get into position on a lp/op. It still works I guess, but is definitely fragile. I was thinking of buying the flex version.

That water bottle trick is nifty. I may have to copy it. Out of curiosity though, why run a canteen there and a slick back? Why not the standard hydration bladder?
@PreparedAirman
@PreparedAirman 2 ай бұрын
I'm typically in a vehicle so I like my back to be slick. The water bottle fits perfect in the empty space between my lower back and the seat.

I’m not sure if you’ve addressed this in your other videos, but do you have the option to run side armor in your unit? If so, do you opt not to run it due to weight/ergonomic concerns or does it mainly pertain to the work you find yourself doing? Most of my time in armor is spent in mountainous terrain and I constantly go back and forth on whether or not it’s worth the potential for additional strain in exchange for the added protection.

I’m currently using the issued security forces carrier( T3 gear thing). I am slowly getting towards a LV119. But my question is how would the K-zero fare vs the LV119, if you have experience with the spiritus carrier.
@PreparedAirman
@PreparedAirman 3 ай бұрын
I haven't used the spirits carrier yet, so I couldn't really say. The T3 Geronimo carrier is a decent basic and mass issued carrier but lacks a lot of features. I'd get one and try it. If you don't like it throw it up on ebay to recoup your money.

Ok so he displayed a M18(320 compact) pistol...im guessing this was filmed in his home. For those who don't know service members don't take issued weapons home so that must be his personal weapon. That's perfectly fine but could've got a glock lol. When I was in the army I started with the M9 Beretta and then the m17(full size 320 sig) not a fan of it,id go back to the M9 anyday.

Why you don't use side plates?
@PreparedAirman
@PreparedAirman 3 ай бұрын
It's too heavy and bulky for movement. And it's not really necessary for my mission. The only side plates authorized for DOD use under my command are 4.4lbs a piece. So just the slick carrier and armor start out at 28lb together. Thats without ammo and equipment and other items. For example, my IOTV in Afghanistan years ago was 47 lbs. Not very enjoyable and it restricted mobility.

I don't know how many loadout reviews I've seen where the frag pouches hold compasses and bags of skittles and everything else under the sun. If Ukraine is any insight on "modern" warfare, either dug-in in the woods or urban. The frags need to have their own spots to safely carry. There was one guy that was carrying 9 russky frags loose in a dump pouch!

I wonder if that cumberbun would be compatable with the HRT plate carrier?
@PreparedAirman
@PreparedAirman 3 ай бұрын
The warfighter isn't technically compatible with the HRT but you could probably get it to work. The HRT has a hook and loop flap on the back of the carrier. Again, I'm not sure if it it would perfectly work but it could... ish lol

Thsoe pouches inside the cummerbund CANNOT be comfywhen they are filled, why not just use a shooters belt if you want to keep your PC slicker?
@PreparedAirman
@PreparedAirman 3 ай бұрын
I've never had an issue with them being uncomfortable. I originally used a belt but for what I do I'm typically mechanized or in vehicles the majority of the time. The belt gets uncomfortable over several hours or days of dealing with seats and seat belts. If I were to go back to circumstances that I was always on my feet and moving, then I would go back to the belt. It comes down to preference and body type.
@weeman9869
@weeman9869 3 ай бұрын
@PreparedAirman ah gotcha. Yeah, we used to have to run webbing in vehicles, nightmare. Switching to shooters belts sort of alieviated some of the discomfort but didn't eliminate it entirely. Also,did you just call me fat?! 🤣

Another gear load out vid…😒…we rarely see guntuber vids of people actually running their load outs, but there are some rare channels that do, like Scytoxil, An.appeal.to.heaven, TierWannabe, and etc…but most of gun tube is just full of this gear/gun/accessories infomercial bullshit. 🙄

@@PreparedAirman there is plenty of stuff you posted on your channel that you can use in your off time and film. I am sure this a run off to the woods make a vid real quick, run back home and for the rest of your day. I have a feeling you are trying to build a channel sub base, get sponsors, merch store, and etc…get everyone charged up to buy the crap you’re pushing. I mean, let’s be honest, there is a long track record of gun tubers doing this, so forgive if I don’t get charged up for the 20th gear load out vid uploaded today by some guy currently in the military, or ex-military 🙄

@Rebellion1776 As I said, I have no agenda or agreements with any companies of pushing products. That is one of the main reasons I started sharing content. But if you're skeptical of being lied to. Just assume I am and unsubscribe, makes no difference to me. Also, I practically live in my plate carrier at work so it's not on a very high priority list to also do it on my time off...
@Rebellion1776
@Rebellion1776 3 ай бұрын
@PreparedAirman yeah, "don't want to do it in your off time," which means you're proving my point. You consider your channel work and will look at building this into a money stream eventually. Your sub count is too low for any real sponsors yet, but keep going cause it is a proven model by all the other gun tubers out there that it works. Plenty of people willing to spend their cash on crap they will either never use or very little. Cause everyone is day dreaming about being that Tier 1 dude at the end of the world 😆
