I lived in Florida my entire life until I retired to Montana. I never really had much use for a 4WD truck, especially one like this. Florida is all mud and sand, and that’s too much truck in my opinion. But here in Montana it’s a different story. I’m running a ranch operation, and hauling hay and equipment up and down muddy, mountain roads is a challenge, especially in the winter. I bought a Power wagon, partially for off road adventures, but mostly to be able to move all that hay and equipment. The PW is a 2019, and I just purchased the 2023 HD Rebel with the 6.4 Hemi. I don’t haul long distances, but I haul things to places that are difficult to reach. I can say that after 1 year of ownership, this truck is a beast. I’ve hauled a 10,000 lb load of hay up an incline that is so steep you can hardly walk it, and the Rebel just powers through it. I think any 4WD truck will probably work in Florida, but if you get this truck, you will be unstoppable.

The ram 2500 rebel hd with the Cummins has less payload than the Hemi and can only tow a max of 14,920lbs. almost 2,000 lbs less than the gas engine. to me, this makes absolutely no sense. you are going to pay thousands of dollars for an engine that tows less weight. The 6.4 hemi gas engines a max payload of close to 3000 lbs and actually get the max towing capacity of almost 17,000 lbs.

Had a 2019 3500 and traded it in for my rebel. The 3500 was overkill, and it was terrible off-road. The Rebel hd without the Cummins is perfect for what I am utilizing it for without modifying it.

owning a ram power wagon and a 2024 2500 rebel..... the rebel is a rebadged stripped down power wagon. any one who wants to argue this leave a comment and ill side by side show you what one has the other has had removed or added.....same truck missing parts rebadged..... have a great day....ps made in Mexico 😂😂🤣😅 just look inside the door on the badge....annnnnnnnnyway...1305 miles on my new rebel egr valve issues 7 banks check engine codes, radios quit working and it drinks fuel like a airplane. crazy ending a 2500 ram with a 6,4 pulls weaker then a 1500 chevy sharrod with a 5.3...just don't get it???
