Dynasty Trades In 5 is a dynasty trade show that focuses on dynasty fantasy football trade strategy, rookie draft pick values, individual player profiles, etc. For each player we discuss whether or not they are a dynasty trade target for 2022 and 2023, and if we lean sell vs. buy. We also get in depth on the 2022 rookie draft class, the 2023 rookie draft class, and dynasty rookie pick values in general. We don't do dynasty mock drafts yet, but perhaps we will in the future! There are many great resources available to the community, whether it be articles, dynasty trade calculators, trade finders, etc. We try to focus on short form content that is digestible and relevant. @@TraceRod007i'll put it this way. if caleb put up the same numbers lamar put up last year, you would be over the moon. lamar is a top 5-10 qb probably the rest of his career, you know what you're getting with him. He's safer and probably just as good if caleb is successful. It is just plain dumb to pick an unproven rookie qb over a 2 time nfl mvp

@@CoolHandLuke196 nearly a 7 year difference between the two. a good chunk of lamar’s points is from his legs. he is getting to that age where historically, mobile QB’s fall off. caleb also isn’t just an unproven rookie. he is walking into the best situation a #1 pick has went into in NFL history. it’s not that crazy.

Nix is underrated and undervalued. He's not Lamar or even Daniel Jones but the guy has had rushing production and found the end zone with his leg. The guy has more upside than he's given credit for, sorta like a Jordan Love before this year

Competing team- got offered Aiyuk and 2 firsts (likely early-mid in 25 and 26) for Chase 10 team start 11 full PPR 1.5 TEP 6pt pass TD Team is: Mahomes Richardson Barkley White Hill Chase Puka Brown Olave Evans Engram Bench- Young Downs Kittle Benson Guy that offered trade also has stacked team and has Lamb and Jefferson. Is this a greedy move for me to make or should I smash it and let my other guys pick up the slack?

I took Penix 1.08 over McCarthy in a 12T SF full IDP. Don’t need him to start at all this year. So we’ll see. I like the value insulation with him

You should test out a format of video where you show the entire round 1 mock draft on the screen right out of the gate. Then break down each pick all within 5 mins.

i’ve got the 1.05 in a 12 team SF .5 TEP. 3 of our top 5 picks are very QB needy which means nabers could fall to me; but if he doesn’t who would you pick between drake maye, odunze or brock bowers?

Question for yall: with how quickly dynasty value can attach to young RBs, don't you think it is a good bet to pay 1.12 for Brooks and wait for him to have 2 15+ point weeks in a row this year and sell him at that RB9 price point he may irrationally rise to?

It's actually insane to trade the 1.09 for a random 1st. BTJ's draft capitol and value in every other draft would be around the 1.04-1.07. If you're drafting a random 2025 pick it's likely you get the same return or worse plus you had to wait an entire year. (We don't take into account time as a significant value in dynasty but we should) I think anything before the 1.12 is too good to trade out to a future first unless you know that the team you're getting the pick from is complete garbage.

Might as well light your pick on fire taking drake maye at the 1.05, universally everyone believes maye is the rawest qb in the first round. Hes not in a place where he’ll be likely to be developed well. Hes the most likely to bust qb. Is the astronomical ceiling worth the risk? Id argue no because its so unlikely for him to hit it, its more likely he busts. Historically speaking, based on all the data hes more likely to bust than hit. A year from now after he has a trash season we will all look back and think damn, this was so obvious.
