If you come close to the trunk holding your phone, the trunk will chime twice and proceed to open automatically. If you move away when it chimes then it will not open. Very convenient feature for when you are coming back from the grocery store holding bags in your hands. Also the trunk open button is always very dirty which is another reason to make use of this great feature!
