At least Ang has written hundreds (if not thousands) of articles for the Chinese newspapers and he is a legal panel for some Chinese primary schools in Penang.

我个人对预科班的看法是補選前夕,安華深深意識到選情告急,形勢大大不妙,狗急跳牆,急急忙忙信口开河公怖希望華人回心轉意重新支持他.教育部门还尚在腦部一片空白.但是洗地佬明白並意識到在实行上会有问题,就找藉口说是一明年为他找时间为他開脱.这就是会Make decision 但完全不懂的implementation 的人一直犯下的错误.

To be honest, I think Anwar is too anxious to show ppl that he is doing things by quickly announcing the news without considering the details. It is unavoidable given the fact ppl keep complaining nothing had been done as he never say anything about what he is doing. Also I don't think Singapore government would offered those people with 10 A a scholarship if they have the mindset that it must implement even if it was announce on deadline of appeal because it only show that they are good at studying but not good at doing things as in this generation, alot of thing need to do with common sense and based on their mindset on this incident, it shows that they do not have common sense and logic thinking. Also can you answer my previous question that is it acceptable and consider as sincere to help if a person say he will help you to submit affidavit to the Court but he call up the Court office on the day of submission to tell them that he will submit the affidavit 2 days later. Also you still wont blame him for it.

Singapore public also won't questioned the common sense of all these students (whom scored 10 A) as how come they didn't questioned on how can it be this year intake when the announcement was made on the day of the deadline of the appeal. Even use backside can think of this and might thought that it may be students taking this year exams etc and should wait for MOE announcements before taking the steps as Anwar already say MOE will announced. There is a popular saying in Singapore army that You think i thought who confirm. So doesn't they need to confirm by waiting the official announcement from the MOE. This clearly show how good is the analysis skills of the students which i think most countries are looking at.
